You retain ownership of content you submit (for example job descriptions, logos, and profile details). By submitting content, you grant WriteSaaS a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, copy, format, display, and distribute it for operating and marketing the service.
We retain ownership of the WriteSaaS platform, software, branding, and all related intellectual property.
6. Availability and disclaimers
We strive for reliability but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, listing performance, or hiring outcomes. The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
We are not responsible for third-party websites, employer decisions, or user-submitted content.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WriteSaaS is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of revenue, profits, data, or goodwill arising from use of the service.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access where we reasonably believe these terms are violated, misuse is occurring, or continued access creates legal or security risk.
9. Disputes and governing law
Before filing a claim, both parties agree to attempt informal resolution in good faith by email.
If unresolved, disputes are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, unless applicable consumer law requires otherwise.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of WriteSaaS after updates means you accept the revised terms.
