The Role
Are you ready to shape how thousands of Kyndryl sellers discover, consume, and apply high‑impact content? As a Win Coach Content & Enablement Coordinator, you will be the force behind the content experience that empowers our global GTM teams. Your work will ensure our sellers have the knowledge advantage they need to confidently engage customers and win.
This is your opportunity to turn information into influence — transforming complex content into intuitive, actionable journeys that elevate seller readiness and accelerate growth.
As a Win Coach Content & Enablement Coordinator, you will bring structure, creativity, and governance excellence to the Kyndryl Win Coach (Highspot) platform. You will:
Support GTM enablement programs, sales plays, solution launches, and field readiness through the Highspot (Win Coach) platform.
Translate GTM strategies and motions into structured, intuitive, seller‑ready content experiences.
Manage the full content lifecycle, including sourcing, organizing, publishing, tagging, auditing, and archiving.
Ensure all content is accurate, current, high‑quality, and aligned with governance and business priorities.
Execute and maintain the strategic content curation plan to support GTM outcomes.
Collaborate with sales enablement leaders, marketers, solution experts, and cross‑functional teams to identify content needs and deliver timely assets.
Design, build, and optimize Highspot pages, navigation, tagging, and metadata to enhance content discoverability and user experience.
Monitor content engagement and usage data, applying insights to improve content strategy and platform performance.
Uphold content governance standards to ensure consistency, compliance, and a trustworthy content ecosystem.
Stay current on Highspot capabilities, enablement best practices, and industry trends while driving innovation and platform improvements.
Who You Are
You’re good at what you do and possess the required experience to prove it. However, equally as important – you have a growth mindset; keen to drive your own personal and professional development. You are customer-focused – someone who prioritizes customer success in their work.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise

Deep understanding of sales cycles, GTM motions, and field enablement needs.
Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
Clear, compelling written and verbal communication abilities.
Experience with content management systems — Highspot strongly preferred.
Ability to thrive in both independent and highly collaborative environments.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
