The job holder will be responsible for meeting the organization’s goal, increasing the number of new leads from the digital channel website and SEO, optimize fundraising page including MySponsorship portal and other application to support other RDC units.
Key responsibilities for this position are:
Designing website landing page and managing the UI/UX of all website pages
Analyzing SEO trends, and planning strategic SEO keywords that support the digital acquisition
All staff are expected to contribute to Wahana Visi Indonesia’s Transformational Development, Advocacy, and Emergency Response approaches, and may be required to support emergency response efforts in a timely, coordinated, and accountable manner.
Strategy Development & Planning
Develop plan on web design (UI/UX for web and mobile), landing pages, and SEO
Web Design
Design website landing page (forms) needed for leads generation and fundraising purposes
Manage the UI/UX (desktop & mobile version) of all pages of the website, including campaign landing pages, MySponsorship page, MyVolunteer page, FUNdraiser page, and others
Design and maintain campaign landing page by making sure it contains necessary information about the campaign itself and how to contribute
Plan SEO keywords, provision of contents, and iterate the content if needed
Accountability & Quality Assurance
Analize the profile of incoming leads
Analize SEO trends
Upgrade email templates using graphics, personalization and advanced features
Ensure mobile-friendly email templates
Ensure emails follow industry policies and best practices
Networking & Coordination
Work closely across all RDC units on how well to manage data-driven insights and recommendations.
Collaborate effectively with related departments and teams to ensure the website and other applications are running well.
Capacity Building
Assist and giving support for digital media implementation and activity to reach awareness and resources across WVI.
Management & Leadership
Submit monthly progress reports timely and support administration for BIC Team.
Build and maintain positive spirit of working in team with other staff in respective unit and department.
Facilitate in the practice of spiritual discernment and prayer
Prepare Performance Agreement (FKK) and having regular P4P process, and capacity building
Manage all implementations and risks related to Programme Management according to organization policies, guidelines, and standard. This includes risks in fraud, safeguarding, and other related risks.
Requirement
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, digital marketing, or other relevant subjects. Advanced degree strongly preferred.
Minimum 5 years’ professional experience in website design, UI/UX, SEO, and digital marketing
Successful track record in embedding new & emerging technologies to create disruptive working environment.
Strong communication skills, verbal and written, particularly ability to deliver high quality and impact memos and presentations.
A mature and committed Christian
Fluent in both spoken and written Bahasa Indonesia and English, with the ability to prepare reports, facilitate discussions, and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders. Minimum TOEFL score of 500 or equivalent.
Travel: Domestic may be required. Comfortable with and excited by managing in an entrepreneurial environment with complex work streams
Able to travel frequently to project locations, including remote and rural areas, when required.
Highly organized with exceptional detailed orientation and demonstrated ability to manage a high volume of work
Possess strong donor centric service ethic and strong sense of professionalism
Highly skilled in digital tools & technologies
Mature and independent mind-set, able to work smart and effectively.
Strong commercial orientation with discerning interpersonal skills.
Expertise in website design (UI/UX, desktop/mobile version)
Good knowledge in using Google Analytic/other web analytic tools such as Hotjar and BigQuery, and SEO analytic tools such as AHReff will be preferred
Having Google and Facebook Certification is a plus.
Hands on experience with HTML and content management systems is a plus
Own high integrity, personal responsibility and a commitment to constant learning
A strong understanding of strategic communications, marketing and how to raise an organisation’s profile and impact
Stakeholder and relationship management at both senior and peer levels.
