We also utilize the IT, HR and finance infrastructure of ROCKWOOL Group.


Who are we looking for?

You will join our Digital Products team that is responsible for the management and oversight of all digital customer-facing platforms, ranging from corporate websites, to digital calculators and loyalty platforms. The team manages a myriad of tasks and would need support from a digital savvy and enthusiast individual with the following tasks:

  • Project Management and Coordination: oversee project timelines, budgets, and deliverables, developing detailed project plans that coordinate and integrate multiple project timelines. Manage resources to ensure efficient execution, considering dependencies, limitations, delivery times, and risks, ensuring everything is delivered on time and within scope.
  • Act as the primary contact for project-related tasks, owning the web content pipeline and ensuring content creators have clear direction and requirements.
  • Manage projects using agile/sprint methodologies, including leading Retro Meetings with relevant project stakeholders to capture feedback and apply learnings and improvements within current and future projects.
  • Act as the bridge between the wider Marketing Team (Product Information Specialists, Brand and Communication Managers, Graphic Designers, POs), partners (UX, UI, Content Implementation Specialists), and Local Marketing Managers, translating technical topics into clear, engaging communication, and managing expectations.
  • Coordinate with the Product Owner on content requirements for new platform components, ensuring content creation timelines align with technical development and go-live readiness.
  • Quality Assurance and Testing: conduct routine checks and collaborate with teams to identify and resolve issues, maintaining the highest standards of quality and consistency.
  • Templates, Processes and Documentation Design and Creation: design templates and processes to ensure both alignment and easy and smooth collaboration between people with different backgrounds and web proficiency.
  • Reporting and Analytics: apply a data driven approach to keep track of project performance, identify problems and improvement opportunities, and report on project status to other stakeholders.

What you bring

  • 5+ years experience in project management within web content creation and content migration. In this context, PRINCE2 certification is preferred.
  • Strive for excellence, bringing your A-game to every project, while always having a Plan B ready to smoothly overcome unforeseen challenges.
  • Experience with content management systems (preferably Storyblok), understanding of PIM systems, DAM systems, translation tools.
  • A natural understanding of branding, digital journeys and user experience principles, enabling you to translate these into effective content processes and know who to involve in key decisions.
  • Familiarity with Jira or similar tools.
  • Experience or strong interest in using AI and automation tools, particularly for project planning, workflow automation, and process optimization, is a plus.
  • The belief that precision to the last detail in your work makes all the difference.
  • A vibrant team spirit, the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams paired with an eagerness to take responsibility and tackle a variety of tasks.
  • Charming communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Continuous research for personal and team improvement.
