Web & Digital Content Manager

About the role
We are looking for a hands-on Web & Digital Content Manager who is ready to take ownership of our digital content area and help build clear ways of working across our digital channels. In this role, you will combine copywriting, localisation and content design to create clear, customer-friendly content for our website, web shop, app and email communications. You will proactively develop content quality, create structure, drive improvements and ensure a consistent tone of voice while supporting online visibility, customer experience and business growth.
You will be responsible for
- Taking ownership of Latvian language content and ensuring a consistent tone of voice across digital channels, while adapting and creating master copy in English for Baltic-wide initiatives.
- Contributing to and driving the development of digital content strategy to increase traffic, engagement, leads and sales.
- Creating and localising copy for web pages (e.g. landing pages, blog articles), web shop, app and customer emails, ensuring clear, engaging and customer-friendly content.
- Ensuring the content is accurate, relevant, SEO-friendly and aligned with If's tone of voice and quality standards.
- Managing and maintaining the website content lifecycle through content management systems (CMS) – from creation to approvals, publishing, maintenance and updates.
- Collaborating with product, marketing, communication and e-commerce teams to improve brand awareness, product communication and conversions.
- Analysing content performance and turning data insights into practical improvements.
- Monitoring trends and sharing best practices in web writing and content marketing.
What do we expect from you?
- At least 3 years of experience in copywriting, content marketing, web content management, or a similar field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Latvian and English, with the ability to create clear and engaging content across different formats.
- Experience in creating and adapting content for different audiences, channels and formats.
- Good understanding of digital customer journeys, user-friendly content and SEO principles.
- Strong hands-on experience working with content management systems.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to take initiative, build structure and move topics forward independently.
- Analytical mindset and willingness to use data to improve content performance.
- High attention to detail, strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong collaboration skills in agile or cross-functional environments.
