Business Overview
Global Product Solutions business (GPS) partners across BlackRock to lead iShares and drive the commercial priorities for BlackRock’s investment products including Liquid Active, Private Markets, Hedge Funds and Retirement.
To support this mission, GPS product and investment strategy teams create and maintain a large suite of content for distribution across product and client segments. This content is how we broadcast our market insights and connect investment ideas to products - all critical components of our commercial strategy.
Aligned with these efforts, GPS is seeking a Team Lead to establish and scale a centralized Content Operations Hub in Mexico City supporting product and investment strategy teams in the Americas region for GPS. This role will be responsible for building team capability, optimizing content workflows and driving modernization across content creation and maintenance processes.
The Team Lead will oversee end-to-end content operations — partnering with strategist on content creation, facilitating reviews and distribution — while implementing scalable processes, governance and supporting technologies. This individual will play a critical role in increasing capacity for product and investment strategy teams, improving efficiency and enabling higher-value client engagement.
