Technical Writer - Secret
Xcelerate Solutions is seeking a Technical Writer to support Cyber Primes cybersecurity, privacy, records and information management, and related enterprise support for DHRA, including DMDC and OUSD(P&R). Support preparation and maintenance of the Integrated Master Schedule and associated project documentation, including tasks, milestones, dates, dependencies, and weekly updates.
Maintain content on approved collaboration platforms, including document libraries, schedules, dashboards, assignments, points of contact, meeting materials, and cybersecurity policies and procedures.
Document and distribute weekly In-Progress Review materials and meeting minutes.
Prepare meeting summaries and trip reports in the formats and timeframes required by the PWS.
Support development and maintenance of transition-in and transition-out plans, procedures, schedules, responsibilities, risks, and knowledge-transfer documentation.
Research technical concepts; write, edit, format, fact-check, and quality-control complex technical and management documents in accordance with required format and style standards.
Must be U.S. Citizen
A Secret clearance is required when the assigned duties require classified information or SIPRNet access.
Three to five years of experience supporting, preparing, and editing technical, management, and other documents.
Experience writing, proofreading, editing, formatting, fact/reference checking, and graphically presenting technical information for technical and non-technical audiences.
