This role is responsible for translating complex processes into clear, accurate, and user-friendly documentation that supports operational consistency, regulatory compliance, employee training, and business performance.

The ideal candidate has experience creating technical documentation within a manufacturing, aerospace, defense, or other regulated environment and is comfortable collaborating with cross-functional subject matter experts to capture and standardize processes. This position plays an important role in supporting operational excellence initiatives by documenting current and future-state workflows, maintaining controlled documentation, and ensuring alignment with company quality standards and compliance requirements.
