THE COMPANY
We are NEURAL EARTH. We bring clarity to physical risk, enabling leaders to engage with confidence and enact resilient, business-critical decisions. Today's environmental, economic, and infrastructure challenges are deeply interconnected, yet the data required to understand these relationships is scattered across siloed and aging systems. Neural Earth enables operational execution, delivering a single decision intelligence platform that unifies planetary, governmental, and asset-level data, always on and always learning. This is technical work that requires patience. It requires teams willing to operate at the intersection of AI research, geospatial science, distributed systems, and enterprise deployment. It is also incredibly rewarding. Join us at Neural Earth — the next frontier is here.
THE TEAM
Neural Earth's Revenue team is the commercial engine of the business, translating our decision intelligence platform into market opportunity, pipeline, and customer value. The team spans sales, customer success, and go-to-market strategy, in close partnership with Product and Engineering. We are building a revenue motion in a technically complex enterprise space largely from scratch. The work you do here shapes how Neural Earth shows up in the market and how buyers understand what they are buying.
THE ROLE
Neural Earth is hiring a Technical Product Marketing Manager to own the intersection of product, market, and revenue. You are the person who can walk into a room of P&C underwriters and explain exactly how Prometheus changes how they assess physical risk and then come back to headquarters and write the positioning framework that makes every future conversation start at a higher level. You are equally comfortable in a customer discovery session and a competitive battlecard. You understand the product deeply enough to configure a tailored demo environment, and you understand the buyer deeply enough to know which three things matter and which ten do not. This is a founding go-to-market role. You are not maintaining someone else's playbook. You are writing it.
HOW YOU'LL BE SUCCESSFUL
Position: Build and own Neural Earth's product positioning and messaging across key verticals like insurance, government, infrastructure, and climate risk. Develop the value proposition frameworks and competitive narratives that give every sales conversation a sharper starting point and every buyer a clearer reason to act.
Demonstrate: Design, configure, and deliver tailored product demonstrations that map our physical risk intelligence capabilities to specific customer workflows and decision criteria. You know the platform well enough to customize a demo environment for a specific buyer persona, and you know the buyer well enough to make it land.
Enable: Build the sales enablement infrastructure the Revenue team depends on battlecards, technical one-pagers, demo narratives, objection handling guides, and integration FAQs. You close the gap between what the product can do and what the sales team can credibly explain.
Translate: Serve as the voice of the market back into the business. Synthesize what you learn in customer conversations, win/loss patterns, and competitive signals into positioning decisions and product roadmap input. You are as useful in a product review as you are in a sales call.
Create: Produce high-quality market-facing content -- case studies, technical explainers, product guides, and external narratives -- that builds Neural Earth's credibility with enterprise buyers and technical evaluators in complex regulated industries.
WHY WE VALUE YOU
You have 4 or more years of experience in technical product marketing, solutions engineering, or a role that required you to operate credibly at the intersection of complex technical products and enterprise buyers.
You have genuine domain expertise in property and casualty insurance, insurtech, catastrophe risk, or adjacent regulated markets.
You can configure and deliver a product demonstration that tells a story, not just shows features and have done this in front of technical buyers and executive decision-makers and you know the difference between those two conversations.
You have built go-to-market positioning and sales enablement materials from scratch like messaging frameworks, competitive battlecards, technical collateral that measurably changed how a sales team sells.
You have a strong enough technical foundation to engage credibly with data engineers, geospatial scientists, or AI/ML practitioners; you understand how data platforms ingest, process, and surface information, and you can talk about it without losing precision.
You are an exceptional writer and take a technically complex AI and geospatial platform and distill it into language that makes a risk officer immediately understand why it matters to their book of business.
You thrive in early-stage environments where the product is evolving, the playbook is still being written, and the most valuable thing you can do changes week to week.
You move between technical depth and business impact without losing precision at either end, and customers trust you in both conversations.
You manage multiple active opportunities, keep stakeholders aligned, and do not let deals stall because of gaps in technical follow-through.
You bring a consultative mindset to every engagement. You are genuinely trying to understand fit before you try to close.
REQUIREMENTS

Sufficient technical fluency to engage with geospatial data, APIs, cloud data infrastructure, or AI/ML platforms at a conceptual and functional level
