You and your team
You will join Pricing & Performance department Team in Gdynia and you will have an influence on the overall strategy of your team. You will be managing 10-15 analysts responsible for delivering timely and accurate data collection of Investment Funds.
Why is this job important?
Our team is supplying LSEG products with top quality investment fund information. You will help the team to provide the funds community i.e. financial professional, funds companies and most importantly funds investors with information, analyses and tools needed by each group to reach their goals in terms of information and investment.
Some of the daily tasks you will perform:
Support the global Data Teams’ collection and entry of fund content data ensuring best possible timeliness to meet clients’ needs for collective investment data.
Make recommendations for improving the efficiency of the Data Team and developing new processes to improve on new fund additions.
Validate data regularly in accordance with operational procedures for ongoing Quality Assurance
Co-ordinate with QC/ Research and Methodology Teams to ensure that data is maintained appropriately and in accordance with global standards
Ensure that all data queries internal or external are responded to within a specific time frame
Motivate, support and develop staff to enhance and maintain the ability to adapt to the changing requirements of a continuously evolving business environment
Maintain a stable operational environment and clear allocation of duties within own team
Ensure accuracy & timeliness of the information stored in databases and reflected on LSEG products

Compensation Information:
LSEG is committed to offering competitive Compensation and Benefits. The anticipated annual gross base salary for this position is between 120,900 zł - 191,300 zł. Please be aware base salary ranges may vary by geographic location. In addition to our offered base salary, this role is eligible for our Annual Bonus Plan (”bonus plan”). Target Bonus % will be commensurate with role level and posted career stage. Individual salary will be reflective of job-related knowledge, skills and equivalent experience.Benefits Information:
