Your new position 

As a Student Assistant on our Communications team, you'll help bring our stories to life across social media, our website, intranet, and internal presentations. You'll create and edit short-form video content, design visuals for social and slides, and help us engage with our community by responding to messages and comments in line with our tone of voice and pre-agreed guidelines. This is a great opportunity to build hands-on experience in a fast-paced communications environment while studying. 

We offer exciting responsibilities:  

• Create and edit short-form video content for social media and other channels 

• Design engaging visuals and graphics for social media, the website, intranet, and presentations 

• Monitor social media channels and respond to direct messages and comments using pre-agreed guidelines and tone of voice 

• Support the planning and scheduling of social media content 

• Help keep visual and video content consistent with our brand guidelines 

• Support the Communications team with day-to-day content needs, including slides and presentation materials 

Your profile 

You're a creative, curious self-starter with a passion for social media and storytelling. You have a good eye for what makes content stand out, and you enjoy bringing your own ideas to the table as much as collaborating with a team. 

• Probably one year left of your bachelor's degree, or are just starting your master's 

• Passion for and interest in social media trends, content creation and digital storytelling 

• Creative flair, with experience in video content and visual design 

• Confident, friendly communicator, comfortable engaging with online audiences 

• Proactive and organized, able to juggle several small projects at once 

• Fluent in English
