As a Senior Technical Writer, you will drive user success and product adoption by owning the end-to-end documentation strategy for high-complexity product areas and cross-functional initiatives. You will navigate ambiguous spaces, diving into technical workflows, reading technical designs, and interviewing subject matter experts to create scalable documentation. Your focus will be on transforming intricate system behaviors into clear, modular, topic-based content using DITA frameworks, while responsibly leveraging AI tools with strict verification loops to accelerate delivery without compromising quality.

Your contributions as a Senior Technical Writer will directly optimize documentation processes, reduce support ticket overhead, and champion customer success. By acting as a strategic partner to Product Managers and Engineering leaders, you will negotiate priorities, identify content gaps that cause user friction, and contribute to release verification and signoff procedures.
