About the role
Nexperia is a global leader in essential semiconductors, enabling a sustainable future through innovation in automotive, industrial, mobile and consumer applications. As we continue to expand our Silicon Carbide (SiC) portfolio, we are looking for an experienced (Sr) Product Marketing Manager (m/f/d) to drive business growth, product strategy and market success across our SiC product portfolio.
This is a highly visible, international role where you will shape the future direction of our SiC business, working closely with R&D, operations, sales, quality and marketing teams to deliver innovative products and profitable growth
What you will do
- Own and manage the SiC product portfolio throughout the entire product lifecycle, including product positioning, specification definition, quality requirements and pricing strategy.
- Define and drive the SiC product roadmap, identifying opportunities for innovation, optimisation and business growth.
- Develop and execute the global SiC product strategy and long-term portfolio planning.
- Deliver annual revenue and margin targets by driving cross-functional initiatives and ensuring successful execution of business plans.
- Lead New Product Introduction (NPI) activities to achieve business case objectives and accelerate market adoption.
- Own business case development, execution and fulfilment throughout the product lifecycle.
- Conduct market intelligence activities, including competitor benchmarking, technology trend monitoring and application analysis.
- Act as the key interface between product marketing, development, operations, quality, sales and other Business Group stakeholders.
- Support customer engagement activities and translate market requirements into actionable product strategies
What you will need
- Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Semiconductor Physics or a related technical discipline.
- At least 7 years of experience in product marketing, product management or a similar commercial semiconductor role.
- Strong knowledge of power semiconductors, with experience in SiC, power electronics or related applications being highly desirable.
- Understanding of electronic hardware systems and customer application requirements.
- Demonstrated ability to develop business cases and drive product portfolio growth.
- Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, influencing and presentation skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong customer focus and commercial awareness.
- Experience leading cross-functional projects and influencing stakeholders in a matrix organisation.
- Ability to work effectively across international and multicultural teams.
- Fluent English language skills, both written and spoken.
- Willingness to travel internationally (approximately 10–15%).
