Product Content Specialist - MoneyHero (MH)
Location: Remote Reports to: Product Manager
About the Job
We are looking for a Product Content Specialist to own and maintain content quality across our personal finance products for MoneyHero (MH), ensuring accuracy, clarity, and consistency across platforms.
This role sits at the intersection of content, product, and technology. You will work closely with Product, Engineering, Campaigns, SEO, and Commercial teams to ensure that product content is correctly structured, configured, and displayed across our CMS and user-facing pages. You will adapt content and configurations to the MH market's products, providers, and campaigns.
This role reports to the Product Manager and plays a key role in ensuring scalable and reliable content operations as we continue migrating and expanding our CMS infrastructure.
CMS Operations
- Manage product, offer, and campaign configurations in Strapi for the MH market
- Ensure content is correctly structured and mapped to frontend components
- Validate that CTA behavior, labels, and product attributes are configured correctly
- Conduct regular audits to identify outdated, incorrect, or misconfigured content
- Support CMS migrations, enhancements, and content model updates
Rewards & Promotions Setup
- Set up and maintain reward forms and offers in Rewards Gateway
- Configure reward logic, eligibility criteria, and promotional messaging
- Ensure alignment between CMS product configuration and reward display
- Support transactional and post-application messaging flows
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Product and Engineering teams to validate content requirements for new features and raise or document content-impacting technical issues
- Coordinate with the MH market's Commercial and Campaign teams to support provider requests
- Assist Analytics and BA teams with click tracking and attribution setup when required
In this role, we are looking for someone with:
- 2 to 3 years of writing experience
- Fluency in Traditional Chinese (reading, writing, and speaking), able to create and manage content in Traditional Chinese for the MH market
- Strong command of the English language for cross-functional collaboration, with strong writing skills that emphasise efficiency and accuracy
- Meticulous and detail-oriented
- Hands-on experience with content management systems such as WordPress, HubSpot, ContentStack, or Strapi (Strapi experience strongly preferred); familiarity with Google Optimize is a plus
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Willing to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Able to prioritise and complete assigned tasks
Good to Have:
- A keen interest in personal finance, ideally with familiarity with the MH market's financial products
- Knowledge in UI/UX writing
- Experience supporting content QA or CMS migrations
