The AI space is loud, crowded, and moving fast. We need someone who can cut through all of it and put Sintra at the top — in search results, in AI-generated answers, and everywhere else people go looking for what we build.

This is a full ownership role. You'll set the strategy, run the execution, and be accountable for SEO as a growth channel. No hand-holding, no waiting on direction — just results.

What you'll do:

• Own Sintra's SEO channel completely — strategy, execution, reporting, and continuous improvement

• Dominate AI-related keywords: tools, comparisons, use cases, and every search intent that puts us in front of the right audience

• Identify and close ranking gaps against competitors across every relevant category we operate in

• Build and manage a content pipeline optimized for search — working with writers to produce pages that rank and convert

• Optimize existing content, site architecture, internal linking, and technical SEO to compound growth over time

• Ensure Sintra surfaces prominently in AI-powered search tools and answer engines, not just traditional Google results

• Track rankings, traffic, and revenue contribution — and use that data to decide what gets built next

What we're looking for:

• Proven experience owning SEO as a channel, with measurable ranking and traffic wins to show for it

• Deep knowledge of the AI tools and SaaS keyword landscape — you know where the traffic is and how to get it

• Strong understanding of both technical SEO and content-driven SEO

• Experience optimizing for AI search surfaces (SGE, ChatGPT, Perplexity) is a big plus

• Comfortable moving fast — you can prioritize ruthlessly and ship without waiting for perfect

• Proficient with tools like Ahrefs, Semrush, Search Console, and Screaming Frog

Salary range: €4,000-6,000/month gross, depending on experience.
