We're looking for a curious and ambitious SEO & GEO Manager to join the performance.io team.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to help shape the future of search. As search evolves beyond traditional search engines, you'll support both SEO and Generative Engine Optimisation (GEO) initiatives across a portfolio of leading healthcare and pharmaceutical brands.
Working closely with our Medcomms, Data and Client Services teams, you'll help clients improve their visibility across both traditional search engines and AI-powered discovery platforms such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Perplexity and Google AI Overviews.
You'll be someone who enjoys analysing data, spotting trends, understanding how search behaviours are changing, and translating insights into actionable recommendations. Most importantly, you'll be eager to learn and develop within a fast-growing specialist agency.
Assist in identifying content gaps and optimisation opportunities that improve AI discoverability.
Support the development of content recommendations designed to improve AI search visibility.
Stay up to date with developments in AI search, generative experiences and evolving search behaviours.
2-4 years' experience in SEO, digital marketing or a related field.
