We’re looking for an inquisitive and proactive SEO / GEO Executive with at least 2+ years experience to join the performance.io team. As an SEO / GEO Executive, you’ll work closely with the SEO / GEO and Client Services team to ensure all our accounts have strategic direction when it comes to SEO and GEO disciplines and help set objectives for our clients. You’ll be a self-starter, willing to get stuck in and show initiative on ways we can grow our business.
As an SEO / GEO Executive, you’ll be supporting SEO / GEO Managers (primarily our US team) to put together presentations and strategic recommendations across performance.io clients. As we are a growing agency you’ll have plenty of opportunities to put forward recommendations on SEO and AI search products and toolsets along with our SEO / GEO team.
In this role, you’ll be working closely with our Client Services, content and technical function on the development of strategic SEO and GEO recommendations. You’ll be a specialist with an emphasis on technical experience, and ideally have worked in a digital agency in a similar role.
Work closely with our Global SEO / GEO team and India offshore to support the creation of task deliverables, e.g technical audits, schema recommendations, LLM/AIO audits, quarterly reports
Communicate regularly and consistently with your US SEO / GEO Manager and Account Managers, ensuring deliverables are being developed and delivered based on priority level and deadline
Inform and help educate the wider business on updates within the SEO and GEO industry, particularly around how our SEO strategies and deliverables impact GEO efforts
2+ years of SEO / GEO experience (preferably agency)
Experience in supporting the development of SEO budgets and proposals with support of an SEO / GEO Manager and our accounts and BD team
