Set a new pulse for healthcare!
We are looking for a SEO & AI Intern to join our SEO team in Milan.
As a SEO & AI Intern, you will play a key role in transforming and optimizing our marketplace and content for millions of patients in Italy. Your mission will be to support doctolib.it domain traffic growth: you will analyze and challenge the content, technical and strategic domain status quo, finding and implementing innovative solutions with the support of our AI framework. This is a unique opportunity to develop your skills in content and technical SEO, project management, and AI — all within a mission-driven and dynamic environment.
Doctolib operates in dynamic and competitive markets. We contribute to the digitalization of healthcare systems, improving accessibility to care and simplifying practitioners' work-life across France, Germany and Italy. As part of our SEO team, you will play a crucial role in making high-quality health information more visible and accessible to patients across Italy.
What you'll do
As a SEO Intern, you will support us on:
- Technical SEO: you'll contribute to tech SEO activities (crawlability audits, indexing, Core Web Vitals, rendering) to make our domain increasingly accessible to crawlers and users.
- Content SEO: you'll help develop content strategies that leverage our strengths, aiming to attract qualified traffic and turn it into concrete conversions.
- Keyword research and on-page optimization: you'll handle keyword research and optimize meta tags, titles, headings, UX and content structure from an SEO perspective.
- Cross-functional collaboration: you'll work closely with the Italian B2C Marketing team to ensure the features and benefits of our service are communicated clearly, and that cross-channel strategies' traffic reach is maximized.
- Data analysis and reporting: you'll monitor SEO performance using tools like Google Search Console, Semrush, and more — contributing to the creation of periodic reports on organic traffic trends.
- Market analysis and competitive benchmarking: you'll analyze competitor positioning and market trends to identify new growth opportunities.
- AI and continuous learning: you'll stay up to date on search engine news and algorithm updates, with a particular focus on using generative AI tools like Claude to support SEO activities (data analysis, content generation and optimization, automating repetitive tasks), proposing innovative solutions to test.

- you have familiarity with AI tools such as Gemini, Claude, or ChatGPT;
