About the Role:
Analyze legal content to define appropriate XML structures and coding requirements for digital publication.
Manage and execute content conversion and loading processes, ensuring high accuracy and consistency across all datasets.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to content structuring, transformation, and platform integration.
Contribute to content and product setup, ensuring smooth delivery across the content lifecycle.
Maintain expertise in content management systems, XML schemas, and associated tools.
Identify and recommend improvements to content production workflows and technologies.
Support the adoption and application of AI-assisted tools in content creation and processing.
Own and deliver the content technology workstream for assigned projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
Translate content requirements into robust technical implementation plans, highlighting risks where applicable.
Provide regular updates on project progress and escalate challenges proactively.
Solve complex content technology problems with a structured and independent approach.
Maintain comprehensive documentation of technical processes and configurations.
Collaborate closely with editorial, product, and engineering teams to deliver integrated content solutions.
Act as a trusted technical advisor to internal stakeholders on content development topics.

About You:
Minimum 7 years of experience in content technology, digital publishing, or editorial solutions—preferably within legal, regulatory, or professional information domains.
Hands-on experience with XML structuring, content coding, and transformation processes.
Proven track record of working on structured content projects with defined timelines and technical deliverables.
Familiarity with AI or automation tools in content workflows is a plus.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to independently tackle complex technical challenges.
Proficiency in content management systems, XML editors, and related tools.
High attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy and quality.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts clearly.
