The Team
The Global Product Marketing team develops best-in-class product marketing initiatives that deliver high commercial impact and compelling product storytelling for our key global product groups.
The team has three core responsibilities:
Product Marketing Strategy – Co-creating the product marketing strategy with (S)VP leadership, setting standards in product storytelling, and driving alignment between Merchandising and Marketing across divisions.
Editorial Programming – Delivering the seasonal editorial blueprint that translates product strategy into full-funnel storytelling across all channels.
Content Strategy – Defining content strategies in support of editorial programming and aggregating content needs across all marketing and commercial touchpoints.
The Position
As a Senior Specialist, Product Marketing, you will play an important role in shaping and delivering global product marketing strategies that elevate Tommy Hilfiger’s product storytelling and commercial performance. Acting as a senior individual contributor, you will partner closely with the Global Product Marketing Director, cross-functional leadership, and regional teams to drive strategic clarity, executional excellence, and consistency across seasons and channels.
This role requires a balance of critical thinking, creative input, and operational rigor.
Support the development and execution of global product marketing strategies in partnership with the Global Product Marketing Director and broader team.
Contribute to seasonal product storytelling, positioning, and go-to-market plans based on consumer, market, and business insights.
Work closely with Creative, Merchandising, Retail, and Regional Marketing teams to ensure aligned and consistent product narratives across channels.
Translate strategic direction into high-quality product marketing assets, including presentations, line books, toolkits, and campaign materials.
Help coordinate and deliver global product marketing initiatives across seasons, ensuring timelines, inputs, and outputs are aligned.
Support campaign tracking and performance reviews, contributing insights and learnings to inform future work.
Act as a key point of contact for selected Division or Business Unit stakeholders, ensuring smooth collaboration and information flow.
Contribute to the evolution of product marketing standards, processes, and ways of working within the team.
Collaborate with the Sample Coordinator to support product availability for shoots and content creation.
Prepare and maintain clear, well-organized documentation throughout project lifecycles.
Requirements
3–5 years of experience in apparel, fashion, lifestyle, or creative marketing, preferably within a global or matrixed environment.
University degree in marketing, communications, creative studies, business, or equivalent practical experience.
Solid understanding of product marketing, brand positioning, and go-to-market fundamentals.
Comfortable collaborating with cross-functional partners and contributing in discussions with more senior stakeholders.
Strong organizational and project coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams in parallel.
Creative and commercially minded, with a genuine interest in product storytelling and brand building.
Good understanding of digital marketing, social platforms, and e-commerce environments.
Clear and confident communication skills in business-level English, both written and verbal.
Proactive, reliable, and solution-oriented, with a hands-on mindset and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
