About the role
We are seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager to drive the definition, development, and successful market deployment of next-generation GaN-based Application-Specific Standard Products (ASSPs), targeting high-growth secular trends in AI data center power, humanoid robotics, and automotive electrification.
This role combines strong cross-functional leadership, NPI ownership, and business accountability, with a clear mandate to translate application needs into differentiated product solutions and accelerate GaN adoption across strategic markets.

Own full product lifecycle from concept through production ramp, acting as DRI for strategic customer-driven NPI projects
Translate system and application requirements into differentiated product architectures and specifications
Lead structured product definition and execution (MRD → DOS → CRS), ensuring timelines, risks and quality are managed
Own and deliver business plans (revenue, volume, ASP, profitability), adapting strategy based on market feedback
Define and execute go-to-market strategies, including positioning, value propositions and application messaging
Drive design-in pipeline and conversion to design wins in close collaboration with regional teams and sales
Support product launches, marketing collateral and sales enablement with strong technical and application content
Act as a cross-functional leader, aligning R&D, applications, marketing and sales to remove roadblocks and accelerate execution
This is you
Advanced degree (or equivalent experience) in Electronics Engineering, Physics, or a relevant discipline
10+ years experience in product marketing or product line management, gained within the semiconductor industry
Proven track record of direct responsibility for customer-driven NPI projects
Proven ownership of business cases and product outcomes
Background in power, GaN, SiC or analog/mixed-signal markets
Strong track record of cross-functional leadership
Demonstrated delivery of design wins, revenue growth and market impact
