This role will combine strategic thinking, storytelling, and hands-on execution to create impactful campaigns and enable commercial success. Own day-to-day go-to-market messaging across products, launches, campaigns, and customer-facing materials to ensure consistent and differentiated positioning.
Translate product capabilities, customer insights, and use cases into compelling narratives across websites, landing pages, email campaigns, social channels, and sales collateral. Lead end-to-end product launches and integrated marketing campaigns, moving initiatives from strategy through execution and measurement.
Develop positioning frameworks and messaging strategies for multiple audiences, including enterprise customers and ecosystem partners. Create sales enablement materials, customer stories, proof points, and resources that help commercial teams communicate value effectively. Partner closely with Product, Sales, Design, leadership, and external agencies to deliver high-quality marketing initiatives.
Shape ecosystem and community storytelling by highlighting customer impact and real-world outcomes. Leverage AI tools and workflows to improve marketing efficiency, content creation, campaign execution, and operational scalability. Establish repeatable marketing processes that increase execution speed and improve cross-functional collaboration.
Monitor market trends, customer feedback, and competitive insights to continuously refine messaging and positioning. Requirements: The ideal candidate is a strategic and execution-focused product marketer with experience bringing complex technology products to market. They should combine strong storytelling abilities, commercial awareness, and an AI-native approach to modern marketing.
5–8 years of experience in product marketing, go-to-market strategy, content marketing, or strategic marketing roles. Experience working in B2B SaaS, technology, AI-focused companies, or mission-driven/impact-oriented organizations. Proven experience launching products, campaigns, or integrated marketing initiatives in fast-paced environments.
Exceptional storytelling and messaging skills, with the ability to simplify complex products into clear customer value propositions. Strong project ownership skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver end-to-end marketing programs. Experience creating and executing campaigns across multiple channels, including email, social media, websites, and sales enablement platforms.
Ability to think strategically across enterprise audiences, communities, and ecosystem partnerships. Strong understanding of customer engagement, positioning, category creation, and modern B2B marketing practices. Deep familiarity with AI tools and workflows, using technology to improve productivity, creativity, and marketing operations. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to clarity, tone, and brand voice.
Ability to collaborate effectively with founders, executives, product teams, sales teams, and external partners. Experience in fast-growing startups or high-growth environments is highly preferred.
