About Nebius:
Nebius is leading a new era in cloud infrastructure for the global AI economy. We are building a full-stack AI cloud platform that supports developers and enterprises from data and model training through to production deployment, without the cost and complexity of building large in-house AI/ML infrastructure.
Built by engineers, for engineers. From large-scale GPU orchestration to inference optimization, we own the hard problems across compute, storage, networking and applied AI.
Listed on Nasdaq (NBIS) and headquartered in Amsterdam, we have a global footprint with R&D hubs across Europe, the UK, North America and Israel. Our team of 1,500+ includes hundreds of engineers with deep expertise across hardware, software and AI R&D.
The role
Nebius is looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager, focusing on Data Center & Infrastructure, to own how Nebius talks about its infrastructure layer, from data centers and racks, to power and sustainability, and engage the local communities where we build. At the core of this role, is partnering with other Nebius teams, such as public affairs, government and investor relations, to navigate local political and regulatory dynamics, and address community concerns openly. You’re welcome to work remotely in the United States.
Nebius's advantage starts in the physical world: in our data centers, our custom servers with NVIDIA GPUs and networking fabric we operate. As we build new sites across the US and beyond, we need someone who can tell that story with credibility and heart: to customers and analysts, to investors and press, and to the communities where our data centers are built.
This role sits at the intersection of technical storytelling, infrastructure fluency, and community trust. You are as comfortable explaining a liquid-cooled GPU rack as you are sitting in a town hall, and you can move between the two without losing either audience.
Reporting to the Product Marketing Lead, you'll work hand in hand with our engineering and product management organization, data center operations, Sustainability, Communications, and Public Affairs / Government Relations teams.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Own the infrastructure and data center narrative. Translate Nebius's vertically integrated, energy-to-API advantage: turn our custom hardware, NVIDIA GPU platforms, high-performance networking fabric, storage, power, and cooling into clear, credible messaging for technical and business audiences. Contribute to our overall Nebius core messaging, positioning and story.
- Lead the local community engagement for new and existing data center builds. This is the heart of the role and you will need to partner with our local site, public affairs and government relations to campaign positively around new US (and global) data center initiatives. You will develop community-facing materials as required, such as fact sheets, FAQs, town-hall content, local economic-impact and jobs stories that address concerns about energy, grid, water, noise, and land honestly and proactively.
- Enable go-to-market and field teams. Arm sales, solutions, and partner teams with the messaging and assets they need to sell the infrastructure story. From first-call decks, battlecards, discovery guides, ROI/TCO tools, objection handling, and competitive positioning against hyperscalers and neoclouds. Run enablement sessions and measure whether the field is adopting and winning with what you build.
- Tell the efficiency and sustainability story. Turn energy efficiency, power and cooling design, heat reuse, water stewardship, renewable sourcing, and sustainability metrics into proof points that stand up to scrutiny from customers, investors, regulators, and communities alike.
- Evangelize our GPU platform layer. Work closely with Nebius's product management, engineering teams, and our NVIDIA counterparts, to understand new GPU platforms and hardware as they arrive: what's different, why it matters, and how it performs, and translate that into launch narratives, positioning, and differentiated stories that reach the market ahead of the field.
- Build the proof library. Create and maintain solution briefs, site fact sheets, reference architectures, white papers, customer and investor-ready presentations, videos, and web pages that make Nebius's infrastructure differentiation tangible.
- Support communications, PR, and analyst / investor relations. Feed the data center scaling narrative into press moments, site launches, analyst briefings, and investor materials, in close coordination with comms, legal and other team.
- Own competitive and category positioning for infrastructure. Keep a sharp, evidence-based view of the data center and AI infrastructure landscape: power availability, GPU roadmaps, cooling, network fabric, sustainability standards, and keep Nebius's differentiation current.
- Champion the voice of the customer. Partner with sales and the customer marketing team to develop references, case studies, and proof points; bring real enterprise pain points and wins back into product and messaging.
We expect you to have:
- 5+ years in product marketing in data centers, cloud and/or AI infrastructure, energy, hardware, or semiconductors.
- Demonstrated experience with community engagement, public affairs, or stakeholder communications. You've helped an organization earn local trust for a physical project, or you can clearly show how you'd do it. This is the differentiator we are looking for.
- A genuine working understanding of AI data center infrastructure: power and cooling, racks, GPU platforms and hardware, high-performance networking, and the sustainability metrics that matter (e.g., PUE, WUE, energy sourcing). Familiarity with NVIDIA GPU platforms, high-performance networking (NVIDIA InfiniBand).
- Excellent hands-on writing, presentation, and storytelling skills, including experience running messaging workshops and methodologies such as SCIPAB.
- Familiarity with sustainability reporting, ESG frameworks, or environmental permitting and its stakeholders.
- Strong ability to translate complex technical and engineering concepts into simple, audience-first narratives for very different audiences: from engineers to residents to investors.
- Proven experience creating content across the spectrum: from technical briefs and web pages to community FAQs, event materials, and executive presentations.
- Sound judgment and fact discipline: comfort handling sensitive topics (energy, environment, community impact) accurately and responsibly, and flagging claims that need sign-off.
- A collaborative, cross-functional operator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is willing to travel to sites and communities as needed.
- Bachelor's degree in a technical, communications, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
It will be an added bonus if you have:
- Comfort operating in public-company investor relations contexts, feeding directly into investor, analyst, and earnings-related materials.
- Experience within the NVIDIA ecosystem and familiarity with the GPU roadmap, reference architectures, and partner programs.
Key employee benefits in the US:
- Health insurance: 100% company-paid medical, dental, and vision coverage for employees and families.
- 401(k) plan: Up to 4% company match with immediate vesting.
- Parental leave: 20 weeks paid for primary caregivers, 12 weeks for secondary caregivers.
- Remote work reimbursement: Up to $85/month for mobile and internet.
- Disability & life insurance: Company-paid short-term, long-term and life insurance coverage.
Benefits & Perks:
- Competitive compensation
- Career growth and learning opportunities
