Job Responsibilities :
We are seeking a seasoned and strategic Senior Product Marketing Manager to lead product marketing for Razer’s next-generation, AI-powered audio and headphone products, including Project Motoko — Razer’s AI-native headset. This role focuses specifically on AI-driven innovation within audio and headphones.
Because AI is central to products like Project Motoko, you will translate advanced AI capabilities into clear, compelling consumer value. You will own go-to-market strategy for these initiatives from concept through to commercialization, define positioning and messaging, and partner closely with cross-functional and external teams. This is an individual contributor role.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Lead product marketing for Razer’s AI-powered audio and headphone initiatives, including Project Motoko, from concept through to commercial launch.
- Develop differentiated positioning, messaging, and value propositions for AI-driven audio and headphone products, translating advanced AI capabilities into clear benefits for consumers.
- Plan and execute global go-to-market campaigns across all launch phases in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Analyze market trends, the competitive AI audio and headset landscape, and customer insights to inform product strategy and roadmap priorities.
- Manage launch timelines, marketing assets, budgets, and campaign performance across the full product life cycle.
- Build and manage relationships with external brand, retail, technology, and AI platform partners to drive co-marketing and ecosystem adoption.
- Drive cross-functional alignment and influence without authority across Product, R&D, Marketing, Sales, and Partnerships; set clear goals and OKRs aligned to business objectives.
- Work with the Divisional Head to manage budget for the business category.

Pre-Requisites :

- Minimum of 8 years of product management and marketing experience in the consumer electronics industry; experience launching audio or headset products strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated experience marketing innovative or design-led consumer products (e.g., headphones, audio, smart devices, or emerging tech).
- Proven track record of successful global product launches and integrated marketing campaigns.
- Familiarity with AI and AI-enabled consumer products, with the ability to translate complex AI capabilities into clear consumer messaging; experience managing external technology or platform partners and co-marketing initiatives.
- Experience across consumer electronics sales channels: retail, direct, online, and distribution.
- A strong passion for headset, audio, AI, gaming, and emerging consumer technology trends.
- Able to work independently, prioritize, and handle multiple tasks and projects concurrently in a fast-moving environment.
- Excellent communication, storytelling, project management, and analytical skills, including the ability to interact effectively with executive management.
