We are looking for the ‘Senior Content Manager of WeChat’ for a leading sports merchandise brand in China. The role of the ‘Senior Content Manager’ is to drive and create content initiatives within WeChat ecosystem  within the China market and use the content strategy to build and grow the IP into a more successful business. In addition, ‘Senior Content Manager’ will be responsible for generating insights and strategy to help the client re-direct traffic from content and maximize the user interaction.

• Able to use Photoshop and basic graphic design skills

Responsibilities.  

• Own the content ideation and creation on WeChat Official Account and WeChat Mini-program
• Associate with designer, video editor and product manager in content implementation
• Ensure the quality of account output by personally checking and approving
• Sync with team members for content distribution across channels
• Generate proposals and presentations to be shared internally and externally to clients

Previous experience required are:

• Minimum of 5 years in digital marketing industry
• Great understanding of WeChat ecosystem and traffic re-direction approaches
• Design with various WeChat OA templates and transform information into engaging content
• A successful track record of producing content and activation with user interaction elements
• Has strong sense of capturing social trending topic and make them into content
• Proven experience in team working and managing third party freelancers
