The role of ‘Senior Content Executive’ is a dynamic role, largely supporting the digital and content creative, conceptualization, production, creation, media promo in China market.

Previous experience required are:

• Minimum of 2 year in China local digital marketing industry
• Minimum of 2 year managing social media and/or content marketing in China (better with experiences with Brands, travel, hotel, fashion industry)
• Proven experience collaborating with team members and engaging 3rdparties/freelancers

Responsibilities.

• Understand the brand strategy and the audiences and create high quality content/creatives and content planning which aligns to clients’ brand and goal. Implementing smart strategy and creativity.
• Take ownership of creative projects and guide full-scale integrated projects for the brand from concept, planning, production, to completion.
• Ensure quality/quality and timely creative, content planning, production and communication with teams (including different teams, partners, and clients)
• Manage the digital presence for our clients in China, proposing new concepts, creating content, planning/ideas and community management strategy.
• Lead the content meeting on a regular basis to bring forward and reflections.
• Oversee the creative meeting on a regular basis and bring up peak campaigns/content initiatives to drive digital buzz.
• Daily/weekly analysis on social data, accordingly, generate insights from the digital channels data to better create content and adjust content plan. 
• Bring a positive attitude to the team and assist content manager with all client and accounts relevant work.
• Create content case study and inspirational sharing session on content.

• 负责管理客户在中国数字媒体上的官方账号，并且积极建议新的内容形式、内容安排、创意活动以及社群管理策略等事务。
• 定期带领内容团队进行内容创意分享和内容回顾会议，总结心得和改进措施。
• 定期组织创意会议， 打造爆款传播。
• 定期观察账相关数据，为客户账号做总结报告以更好地调整内容规划和编辑。
• 用积极的态度和团队合作,并协助内容经理完成相关的客户账号事务。
• 制作内容案例分享，积极与团队分享。

In addition, you’ll have direct contact with clients, many of these clients are international. It will require some client hosting and building of relationships, which should be great for your development.
