Role Summary
The Digital Product Marketing Specialist supports the execution of SDA’s regional marketing strategy in China, with a focus on digital channels, campaign operations, and market insights. This role is responsible for delivering localized marketing programs that drive customer engagement, pipeline growth, and product adoption for PCB, analysis tools, and adjacent SDA product lines.
Key Responsibilities
1. Digital Channel & Content Operations
- Manage weekly content publishing and operations across key China digital platforms (WeChat Official Accounts, Bilibili).
- Review, edit, and localize global marketing content into China‑optimized formats.
- Ensure consistency in messaging, branding, and content quality across channels.
2. Campaign Execution & Demand Generation
- Execute digital campaigns, including paid media, giveaways, and promotional programs in collaboration with vendors.
- Support campaign planning and content rollout for PCB, analysis tools, and emerging products.
- Contribute to pipeline growth through marketing programs aligned with lead‑to‑order objectives.
3. Market Research & Insights
- Conduct research on China’s mainstream EDA market, customer trends, and competitive landscape.
- Provide insights to support product positioning, GTM execution, and regional growth strategy.
4. Academic Marketing & Community Development
- Develop marketing content targeting students, universities, and early‑career engineers.
- Produce original content (e.g., interviews, articles) promoting OrCAD X and PSpice adoption in academic segments.
- Support initiatives to expand SDA’s academic ecosystem in China.
5. Lead‑to‑Order Execution Support
- Support existing digital funnel operations for PCB and analysis tools.
- Assist in scaling lead‑to‑order workflows to additional product areas (e.g., BetaCAE, CFD).
- Collaborate with sales and marketing stakeholders to improve campaign effectiveness.
Scope & Level
- Executes defined digital marketing programs with moderate independence
- Responsible for ongoing operational ownership of regional channels and campaigns
- Focused on execution and optimization, not owning the overall marketing strategy
- Impact measured through engagement, campaign performance, and lead contribution
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Engineering, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, content operations, or campaign execution
- Strong writing and editing skills (Chinese), with ability to localize technical content
- Familiarity with China digital platforms (WeChat, Bilibili) and marketing ecosystems
- Experience with vendor coordination, paid media, and campaign tracking preferred
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple execution streams
