Product Marketing Manager – Portfolio Optimisation, APAC
Help bring the right products to market, at the right time.
This role leads the successful introduction, lifecycle management, and retirement of products across APAC. You will work closely with Product, Marketing, Commercial, Supply Chain, and Operations to deliver smooth launches, manage transitions, and support product obsolescence across the region. You will turn product strategy into strong market execution and help ensure customers and internal teams are supported at every stage of the lifecycle. Your work will shape portfolio performance and customer experience across markets including Australia, Japan, Singapore, and Greater China.
What You'll Do
Partner across Product, Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Operations to deliver regional launches, feature releases, and product retirements.
Monitor product performance, customer feedback, and market trends to improve portfolio performance and lifecycle decisions.
Align regional and global stakeholders to support consistent execution of launch, transition, and obsolescence plans.
Manage multiple lifecycle initiatives across the APAC portfolio, balancing timelines, dependencies, and competing priorities.
Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for incremental launches and lifecycle changes with Marketing and Revenue teams.
Own pricing and positioning for the core portfolio, and partner on promotional strategies to improve commercial performance.
Translate customer, clinician, and market insights into recommendations that improve positioning, customer experience, and future portfolio decisions.
What You Bring
Experience in product marketing within healthcare, technology, or related industries.
Strong understanding of at least one APAC market, with the ability to learn diverse regional customer dynamics.
Ability to turn data and insights into clear, actionable strategies.
Experience leading go-to-market and obsolescence planning and execution.
Strong collaboration skills across product, sales, and marketing teams.
Structured thinking with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Commercial mindset with an understanding of pricing, positioning, and market entry.
Experience working across highly regulated or healthcare environments. Nice to have:
Exposure to connected devices, digital health, or platform-based products.
