Product Marketing Manager – Pathway, APAC
Help shape the future of connected sleep health across APAC.
This role shapes how new sleep health solutions reach consumers across Asia-Pacific. You will turn market insight into product direction, go-to-market plans, and new pathways into therapy. You will work across Product, Marketing, and Revenue teams to validate new opportunities, launch emerging solutions, and improve how consumers discover and adopt sleep therapy. Your work will help influence future product strategy and customer experience across markets including Australia, Japan, Singapore, and Greater China.
What You’ll Do
Lead market and consumer insight work across APAC to uncover unmet needs and growth opportunities.
Identify emerging trends, technologies, and partnerships that can create new pathways into therapy.
Design and test pilots and proof-of-concepts to validate ideas and inform product direction.
Measure the performance of pilots and consumer journeys to improve engagement, conversion, and adoption.
Translate customer, clinician, and market feedback into clear recommendations for product and commercial strategy.
Develop go-to-market strategies for new products, services, and consumer initiatives across the region.
Shape pricing, channel, positioning, and launch plans to support adoption and sustainable growth.
Partner across Product, Marketing, and Revenue teams to bring new solutions to market across APAC.
What You Bring
Experience in product marketing within healthcare, technology, or related industries
Strong understanding of diverse APAC markets and customer dynamics.
Ability to turn data and insights into clear, actionable strategies.
Experience leading go-to-market planning and execution across regions.
Strong collaboration skills across product, sales, and marketing teams.
Structured thinking with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Commercial mindset with an understanding of pricing, positioning, and market entry.
Nice to have:
Experience working across highly regulated or healthcare environments.
Exposure to connected devices, digital health, or platform-based products.
