The Role
We're looking for a Product Marketing Manager to own demand generation and growth at Metaforms — building the systems, campaigns, and narratives that bring our platform in front of the right buyers and convert their attention into pipeline.
This is a senior, high-ownership role. You'll be the first person dedicated to demand generation at Metaforms — owning the growth side of marketing end-to-end while collaborating closely with our Brand and Storytelling function that's already in place. You'll build the demand gen engine from scratch, defining the strategy, choosing the channels, and executing hands-on while the team is lean. You'll work closely with the Founder, Product, and Sales to ensure everything you ship is grounded in deep customer and market understanding. What You'll Own
Demand Generation and Pipeline
Own the demand generation strategy and execution across channels — content, paid, outbound, events, and partnerships
Build and optimise a repeatable pipeline engine that drives qualified leads to the Sales team
Define and track the metrics that matter — MQLs, conversion rates, CAC, and pipeline contribution — and hold yourself accountable to them
Run structured experiments across channels and messaging, doubling down on what works and cutting what doesn't
Positioning and Messaging
Develop sharp, differentiated positioning for Metaforms in the market research and AI automation space
Translate complex AI capabilities into clear value propositions that resonate with research agency buyers, operations leads, and procurement stakeholders
Ensure consistent messaging across every customer touchpoint — website, sales collateral, campaigns, and events
Product Launches and GTM
Own go-to-market planning and execution for new features and product launches
Work closely with Product to understand what's shipping, and with Sales to ensure the field is equipped to sell it
Build and maintain sales enablement materials — battlecards, pitch decks, case studies, and competitive intelligence
Market and Customer Intelligence
Develop a deep understanding of the market research industry, the competitive landscape, and the buyer journey
Conduct customer interviews and synthesise insights that sharpen positioning, inform product priorities, and improve conversion
Monitor competitors and adjacent players, and maintain a clear point of view on where Metaforms wins and why
What We're Looking For
Must-Have
5–8 years of experience in product marketing or growth marketing, ideally at a B2B SaaS company
Proven track record of owning and growing a demand generation function — not just contributing to one
Strong grasp of the full marketing funnel, from awareness through to pipeline and revenue
Hands-on experience running campaigns across multiple channels: content, paid, outbound, and events
Ability to write sharp, compelling copy — you don't rely on an agency to find the right words
Data-driven: comfortable setting targets, building dashboards, and making decisions from numbers
Comfortable being the first dedicated demand gen hire — you build systems and processes, not just execute within them
Nice to Have
Experience marketing AI-driven or data-heavy SaaS products to enterprise or agency buyers
Familiarity with the market research industry or adjacent data and analytics verticals
Experience with marketing automation tools, CRM platforms, and attribution tooling
Prior experience in a startup environment where you've had to do more with less
