Summary:
The Product Marketing Manager will work closely with the Consumer and Private Wealth teams to develop proactive marketing strategies and campaigns that accelerate business development. This individual will create relevant marketing assets across the purchase funnel that drive adoption of solutions and services, leveraging content across all channels with a strong emphasis on digital execution.
This role also benefits from a consulting-oriented mindset—bringing structured problem-solving, the ability to synthesize complex information, and strong storytelling skills through presentations and executive-ready materials.
Responsibilities:
Define, in partnership with brand, product, and line of business leaders, the positioning of the Private Bank and Texas Capital Bank Consumer teams and their related products and services.
Develop go-to-market calendars in conjunction with Marketing and Communications teams.
Define a strategy for key product marketing activities and manage budgets that support the acquisition, deepening, and retention of customers.
Maintain a deep understanding of the product portfolio and collaborate with product teams on launches and enhancements.
Identify and create relevant marketing assets that support each stage of the product sales cycle; execute effective strategies to drive awareness, consideration, and lead generation.
Partner with content strategists to develop product one-pagers, web content, insights, and client testimonials.
Work cross-functionally across all marketing channels to ensure flawless execution of campaigns (e.g., paid media, affiliates, social, website, email, direct mail, events, and sponsorships).
Define KPIs to measure and optimize marketing performance; partner with sales enablement teams to deliver regular reporting and executive summaries on key programs and initiatives.
Apply a structured, consulting-style approach to problem-solving, including the ability to analyze data, translate insights into actionable strategies, and communicate recommendations clearly to stakeholders.
Develop polished, executive-level presentations that translate complex or tactical marketing initiatives into clear, compelling narratives for leadership audiences.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years experience in financial services marketing; consumer banking experience preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
Knowledge of wealth management and consumer products and solutions.
Extensive direct marketing experience with a strong understanding of digital marketing techniques.
Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and drive adoption of marketing assets.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to learn and adapt quickly.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently; strong organizational and project management skills.
Demonstrated flexibility in a growing and evolving environment.
Experience working in or alongside consulting environments preferred; ability to structure ambiguous problems, present recommendations, and influence stakeholders.
Strong presentation and storytelling skills, including experience building executive-ready slides and presenting tactical and strategic recommendations.
Comfortable using collaboration and CRM tools such as Copilot, Asana, and Salesforce.
Familiarity with marketing automation and analytics tools such as Salesforce, Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC), and Google Analytics.
