As a Product Marketing Leader with a strong focus in sales enablement, you will be responsible for leading marketing initiatives aimed at Indirect B2B Sales Channels:
1. Santander Channel – focused on increasing the sales performance of Pluxee products within the bank’s corporate customer segments (Wholesale and Retail).
2. Partnership Channel – including external resellers such as brokers, administrators, and other partners, maximizing the value generated by these channels as distribution networks for Pluxee products across their customer and prospect bases.
🚀 Your next challenge as a Product Marketing Leader (Sales Enablement)
What you’ll be doing:
- Lead marketing initiatives for Indirect B2B Sales Channels
- Work closely with Product, Sales, Customer Experience & Customer Service, Digital Marketing, and Communications teams to ensure marketing strategies and initiatives are aligned with business objectives for these indirect sales channels.
- Monitor and analyze data from internal dashboards and external market sources to understand the sales performance of Pluxee products within these indirect sales channels, identifying opportunities to improve product acquisition, penetration, and profitability.
- Develop compelling product positioning and messaging that resonate with these sales channels and can be effectively communicated to their prospects and customers.
- Design and execute product marketing strategies tailored to the specific needs and realities of these sales partners, ensuring effective promotion of Pluxee products.
- Create and manage sales enablement materials, including product presentations, company and product value propositions, sales pitches, sales arguments, and other supporting resources.
- Plan and implement Go-to-Market (GTM) initiatives for product launches and new feature releases, managing all aspects of promotional strategies and ensuring flawless execution within accelerated timelines.
- Deliver ongoing training programs for indirect sales channel teams, ensuring a thorough understanding of Pluxee products and strong mastery of key sales arguments and value propositions.
- Lead the development of customer and partner engagement journeys for these indirect sales channels, defining messaging and orchestrating multi-channel communications based on data insights and performance KPIs.
- Track and analyze product performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and strategies implemented with these partners, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and growth.
🌟 You’re a match - What we're looking for:
- At least 5 years of experience in a Product Marketing role.
- Experience in the Financial Services, Payments/Acquiring, or Employee Benefits sectors is considered a strong advantage, particularly previous experience working within banks.
Knowledge and Skills
- Strong communication, storytelling, and interpersonal relationship-building skills.
- Strong business acumen and the ability to understand complex market environments characterized by intense competition and technological change.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to identify opportunities, define priorities, and support decision-making through data-driven insights.
- Creativity and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working in agile environments with a continuous delivery mindset.
Educational Background
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Postgraduate degree or MBA is desirable.
- Advanced English proficiency (B2)
