Job Description Summary

Product Marketing Leader 针对某个产品细分（Product Segment）负责1个或多个CT产品型号, 是上游产品定义/研发团队与本地产品部/销售团队之间的双向桥梁。负责根据上游产品市场团队提供的产品特定特性、价值主张等为获得本地准入的CT产品制定市场策略、工具，并负责其相应的培训、执行与监督；同时也负责将本地客户尚未被满足的需求及时提价给上游产品市场团队，以保证所负责产品的健康迭代与更新。该职位将对所负责产品在本地的业绩目标负责，包括但不限于以下KPI是该职位绩效表现的重要衡量指标，如订单（Order），销售（Sales），市场占有率（Share），销售利润率（SM%）等。

• 利用自身和他人的销售领域、产品线、市场、销售流程或客户群的深入知识，并运用分析思维和商业经验来执行政策/策略。
• 具有最佳实践知识以及了解自己的领域如何与他人融合；了解竞争以及在市场上与众不同的因素
• 运用判断力，并具有在设定参数之外提出不同解决方案的能力，以解决项目、产品线、市场、销售流程或客户的更复杂的日常问题。为决策制定信息优先级的能力。利用技术经验和分析思维。使用多种内部资源和自身团队之外有限的外部资源来帮助做出决定。
• 这些销售职位将主要由个人贡献者担任。
  此级别的职位需要强大的人际交往能力。充当经验较少的同事的资源。可能会领导具有低风险和资源需求的小型项目。说明信息；培养使团队成员就领域的话题达成共识的技能。传达绩效期望，并可以处理敏感问题。

基本资格

• 该岗位要求在领域具有较丰富的工作经验。学力水平相当于从正规高等院校取得学士学位 （或根据相应工作经验具有高中学历）
