About Salesforce
Salesforce is the #1 AI CRM, where humans with agents drive customer success together. Here, ambition meets action. Tech meets trust. And innovation isn’t a buzzword — it’s a way of life. The world of work as we know it is changing and we're looking for Trailblazers who are passionate about bettering business and the world through AI, driving innovation, and keeping Salesforce's core values at the heart of it all.
Ready to level-up your career at the company leading workforce transformation in the agentic era? You’re in the right place! Agentforce is the future of AI, and you are the future of Salesforce.
Join our Release Marketing team in this pivotal role at the intersection of AI innovation and program management. You'll design and scale the systems, tools, and processes that power one of Salesforce's most visible go-to-market motions: our product release cycle.
You'll own the AI agent infrastructure that keeps the team running smarter and faster, while also serving as the Program Manager for the full Release Marketing program — ensuring every initiative lands on time, on scope, and in alignment with company priorities. This role is as much about building for the future as it is about driving precision in the present.
What You'll Do
AI Agent Development & Enablement
Build and manage AI agents for Release Marketing, empowering team members to effectively leverage AI tools, develop new capabilities, and operate with greater efficiency and scale.
AI Output Governance & Quality Assurance
Own the editing, governance, and QA of AI-generated outputs across Release Marketing, ensuring all deliverables are high-quality, on-brand, and produced with AI best practices in mind.
Program Management
Serve as Program Manager for the end-to-end Release Marketing program, overseeing all initiatives to ensure on-time, on-scope delivery that aligns with organizational priorities.
Release Planning SSOT Ownership
Own and maintain the Release Planning Single Source of Truth (SSOT) — the central tracking document used by PMMs, IMMs, Legal, and cross-functional partners to manage feature submissions, naming approvals, and GA dates across the release cycle.
Cloud & Industry Onboarding
Onboard new Cloud and Industry participants into the release cycle (e.g., IT Service, Contact Center, Agentforce), ensuring a seamless ramp and strong ongoing collaboration.
Cross-Functional Liaison
Serve as the primary point of contact between the Release Marketing team and PMM/IMM leads across Sales, Service, Field Service, IT Service, and Industry Clouds — driving alignment, visibility, and trust at every stage.
Demo Strategy Support
During high-volume periods (~12 weeks per year), support the execution of initiatives that advance the demo strategy across Release Readiness, social, and events programs, ensuring seamless coordination across teams and channels.
What We're Looking For
5+ years of experience in program or project management in a fast-paced marketing or product environment, with a track record of delivering complex, cross-functional initiatives on time.
Hands-on experience building, deploying, or managing AI agents and automation tools — ideally in a marketing or content workflow context.
Strong understanding of AI-generated content governance and quality assurance processes.
Exceptional organizational skills with experience owning shared planning documents, trackers, or SSOTs across large stakeholder groups.
Ability to build strong cross-functional relationships and serve as a credible, trusted liaison across PMM, IMM, Legal, and other teams.
Familiarity with Salesforce's product portfolio and release cadence is a strong plus.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a high attention to detail.
A collaborative spirit and comfort operating in ambiguity, with the ability to manage competing priorities across multiple workstreams.
Unleash Your Potential
When you join Salesforce, you’ll be limitless in all areas of your life. Our benefits and resources support you to find balance and be your best, and our AI agents accelerate your impact so you can do your best. Together, we’ll bring the power of Agentforce to organizations of all sizes and deliver amazing experiences that customers love. Apply today to not only shape the future — but to redefine what’s possible — for yourself, for AI, and the world.
