We're looking for a Product Marketing Lead candidate with experience in enterprise software, data management software, and data engineering to join our team in Bangalore.

Your Role Responsibilities? Here's What You'll Do
Lead industry-leading, cloud-native Informatica’s Data Integration and Data Engineering solutions, focusing on enterprise customers.
Own product marketing and GTM for data integration and data engineering solutions.
Work cross-functionally with product management, sales, alliance and GSI teams, and other groups within marketing to drive critical deliverables to support sales enablement, demand generation, and thought leadership.
Define market strategies and create sleek, provocative, brilliant messaging and positioning.
Work with customers to develop compelling assets that articulate their data integration and data engineering journey and business outcomes.
Be an SME for the sales team to explain the value of Informatica's AI/GenAI-powered data integration and data engineering solutions to prospects.
Promote our products and best practices by marketing events, webinars, social media, and other channels.
Be a spokesperson with press, analysts, and at industry events.
Develop and drive the complete launch of new products.
What We'd Like to See
Are well-versed in enterprise software, especially data management, data integration, data engineering, AI/GenAI, and cloud technologies.
Can develop product positioning/messaging that articulates unique value propositions.
Understand multiple main personas, including data engineers, data integrators, ETL and software developers, data analysts, data scientists, and C-level IT managers.
Oversee and deliver a complete bill of materials, including ebooks, blogs, whitepapers, datasheets, customer facing presentation, briefs, FAQs, guides, and related collateral that allow the sales process from lead generation to deal close, create excitement, and build trust in market leadership that accelerates solution adoption.
Work collaboratively with partner and GSI teams to accelerate and scale programs.
Can persuade cross-functionally across a global, diverse organization by building relationships based on results and reliable ongoing interactions.
Can think out-of-the-box and bring a creative flair to product positioning and marketing campaigns.
Role Essentials
5 or more years of product marketing experience with experience delivering compelling, breakthrough content in an enterprise software environment.
Develop an understanding of data integration and data engineering market and solutions, customer pain points, competition, and trends.
Experience with content development for complex products sold to IT or other technical buyers is desired.
Written and verbal skills with meticulous attention to detail
Outstanding communication skills, especially converting complex ideas into simple messages.
Experience participating in and influencing cross-functional teams.
Work with peer and senior technical customer users/buyers to solicit and summarize customer and market feedback for actionable recommendations on positioning and messaging.
Create data-driven go-to-market plans and adjust based on data analysis, market feedback, and corporate strategy evolution.
MBA or equivalent educational background, we will consider an equivalent combination of relevant education and experience
Minimum 5+ years of relevant professional experience
