The Corporate & Investment Banking (CIB) Product Marketing Lead supports the development and execution of marketing initiatives across the Institutional Services, Capital Markets, Corporate Banking, and Equities businesses, helping drive awareness, engagement, and growth across the full Corporate & Investment Banking platform. Reporting to the CIB Product Marketing Manager, this role partners closely with product, sales, and business stakeholders to execute marketing campaigns, develop compelling content and sales enablement materials, and help bring the firm's capabilities to market. The Product Marketing Lead will play a critical role in commercializing business priorities through integrated marketing programs and creating impactful marketing assets that support business development efforts, drive awareness, and deepen engagement with target audiences. Content and campaigns will be leveraged across multiple channels, with a strong emphasis on digital and measurable outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Support the execution of marketing plans and campaigns that align with business growth objectives.
- Develop and manage the creation of high-impact marketing content, including thought leadership, market insights, client success stories, presentations, one-pagers, web content, and sales enablement materials.
- Partner with the broader marketing organization to coordinate and execute campaigns across owned, earned, and paid channels.
- Collaborate with business leaders and subject matter experts to identify and promote key accomplishments, capabilities, solutions, and market perspectives.
- Assist in bringing new products, services, and strategic initiatives to market through coordinated marketing and communications efforts.
- Create and maintain marketing assets that support all stages of the client journey, from awareness and consideration to engagement and business development.
- Manage project timelines, stakeholder reviews, approvals, and delivery of marketing initiatives to ensure successful execution.
- Monitor campaign and content performance, analyze key metrics, and provide insights and recommendations to optimize future marketing efforts.
- Work closely with sales, product, and business development teams to ensure marketing content and resources are aligned with client needs and market opportunities.
- Ensure all marketing activities and communications comply with applicable financial services regulations, compliance requirements, and brand standards.
- Support the continuous enhancement of marketing processes, tools, and workflows that improve efficiency and effectiveness across the CIB marketing function.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in B2B marketing, product marketing, financial services marketing, or a related field.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related discipline.
- Experience supporting marketing initiatives within Corporate & Investment Banking or broader financial services organizations preferred.
- FINRA Series 7 license preferred or the ability to obtain within six months of hire.
- Strong content development and storytelling skills with the ability to translate complex financial concepts into compelling, client-focused messaging.
- Experience executing integrated marketing campaigns across digital, web, email, social media, events, and sales enablement channels.
- Understanding of marketing channel strategies and how content can be effectively leveraged across platforms to maximize impact.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience tracking performance metrics and using data to inform marketing decisions.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.
- Self-starter with strong attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment.
- Adaptable and comfortable navigating evolving business priorities and organizational needs.
- Proficiency with collaboration and project management tools such as Asana preferred.
- Familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC), Salesforce CRM, Google Analytics, and other marketing automation and reporting platforms.
