Position Summary

The Product Marketing Executive will provide operational and administrative support to the Product Marketing team. The role focuses on ensuring the smooth execution of day-to-day product marketing activities, including promotion memo updates, stock forecasting, supply coordination and product loan management.

This position requires close collaboration with Product Managers, Sales and Demand Management teams. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced consumer electronics environment.

Contract Period: Aug 2026 to 31 March 2027

What you will be doing

  • Promotion and Pricing Administration: Prepare and update promotion memos, including product pricing, promotional mechanics, campaign periods and participating models. Ensure all information is accurate and communicated to relevant stakeholders in a timely manner.

  • Stock Forecasting: Support Product Managers in preparing and maintaining sales and stock forecasts based on historical performance, promotional plans and business requirements.

  • Supply Management: Work closely with Product Managers and the Demand Management team to monitor product availability, incoming supply and inventory levels. Highlight potential stock shortages, excess inventory and supply risks.

  • Sales and Inventory Reporting: Prepare and maintain regular reports covering sales performance, stock levels, weeks of supply and other key operational indicators.

  • Product Loan Management: Coordinate product loan requests for media reviews, events, demonstrations, internal requirements and other marketing activities. Maintain accurate loan records and follow up on the timely return and condition of products.

  • Product Sample Coordination: Manage the receipt, storage, allocation and movement of product samples and marketing units.

  • Marketing Operations Support: Assist with product launches, sales promotions, events and other marketing initiatives as required.

  • Administrative Support: Maintain accurate product information, pricing files, promotion records and other relevant documentation.

  • Ad Hoc Duties: Support the Product Marketing team with additional reporting, coordination and administrative duties as assigned.

What you should have

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

  • One to three years of experience in product marketing, sales administration or marketing operations would be an advantage.

  • Experience in consumer electronics, retail or other fast-moving industries would be beneficial.

  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a strong emphasis on accuracy.

  • Comfortable working with numbers, sales data, pricing and inventory reports.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and other Microsoft Office applications.

  • Good coordination, time-management and follow-up skills.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Able to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proactive, dependable and willing to take ownership of assigned operational tasks.

  • Able to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
