KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1/ Product & Commercial Planning
- Oversee planning & execution for new product launches following regional guidelines, including building launching milestones, product positioning, distribution, communication at both ATL, BTL, etc.
- Initiate, plan and execute commercial activities to achieve monthly, quarterly, and full year business targets.
2/ Demand Activation
- Understand target customer segments for Game/Mobile to know where and how to approach, convert and win them.
- Build & maintain good relationships with Game / Sony Fan Communities.
- Initiate plans/activities to penetrate and build TOM for PlayStation in gaming communities, and Xperia in Sony Fan esp. at gamers' early phase.
3/ Channel Enhancement & Expansion
- Strengthen current channels to ensure sustainable growth for Game/Mobile business.
- Explore opportunities to expand to new channels such as other IT channels, AV, online, etc. to grow not only hardware but also software and accessories.
- Build one Sony by exploring opportunities to collaborate with other Sony categories such as Bravia, Home Theater, Alpha, etc. to penetrate new target customers, create demand and grow sales.
4/ Operation & KPIs Management
- PSI management.
- Manage P&L, CI, A&P forecast accuracy.
- Other operational tasks/KPIs if applicable.
