We are looking for a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented Product Marketing Associate to join our growing team. This entry-level role will act as key project manager for the product marketing team. You will be the glue that connects our Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Experience teams. Your mission is to ensure our customers and internal teams are always in the loop on our latest innovations, while ensuring the Product Marketing team and whole company deeply understand the voice of our customers.

Reports to: Product Marketing Lead
Monthly Product Launch and Enablement Updates: Own the end-to-end coordination of our monthly launch and enablement process. This includes drafting enablement and training materials, crafting internal and external communications content, and ensuring all stakeholders are aligned on timing.
Sales & Internal Enablement Assets: Support the creation and maintenance of sales collateral, including one-pagers, emails, internal training courses / Flash Updates, videos, case studies, and battlecards. You will manage our internal resource library to ensure GTM teams always have the most up-to-date assets.
Competitive Intelligence Tracking: Monitor competitor news, feature launches, and pricing changes to provide monthly "digest" reports to the leadership team.
Social Proof Creation: Help identify happy customers and coordinate the production of case studies, testimonials, and ROI stats. You’ll leverage our database of customers and contacts to build a library of social proof to help the entire company tell Weave’s story.
Web & Content Audits: Regularly audit the website and Seismic to ensure product descriptions and screenshots are accurate and reflect the most recent UI/UX.
Messaging Analysis & Compliance: Review and analyze recorded customer conversations to spot messaging drift, identify opportunities for improvement, and collaborate with Sales Enablement and CX teams to ensure consistent and accurate messaging. Evaluate how effective positioning is in the wild and partner closely with the other Product Marketers to iterate and improve messaging for improved outcomes.
<1 year of experience in marketing, communications, PR, or a related role (SaaS experience is a plus).
Project Management: Proven ability to manage multiple deadlines and stakeholders without letting details slip through the cracks.
Exceptional Writing: Ability to take complex technical jargon and turn it into simple, compelling copy.
Curiosity: A natural desire to understand the why behind customer behavior and product decisions.
Communication: Strong and clear speaking and written communication skills to find alignment, drive results, and influence outcomes with multiple stakeholders across teams.
Passion for improving the success of Weave customers and our mission of delivering better healthcare experiences for every practice, patient, and interaction.
Familiarity with B2B SaaS, healthcare, dental, or patient communication software.
Experience with CRM tools, survey and interview recording tools, data analysis tools, and/or internal enablement tools.
