About the Role
As a Product Marketing Associate, you will be a member of the marketing team in a fast-paced, end-to-end corporate marketing department that continually tests new approaches to improve performance.

Reporting to the Senior Director of Product Marketing, you will help execute campaigns that drive enrollment and improve retention across Stride's portfolio of programs while building a deep understanding of our customer audiences. You will partner closely with Marketing, School Operations, and other cross-functional teams. Our diverse team values your contributions, thrives on collaboration, and celebrates successes together. Your role is to help ensure prospective and existing customers are aware of, understand, and realize value from what we offer, supporting Stride's overall goals.

Position Summary:
As a Product Marketing Associate, you'll help bring new programs, products, and initiatives to market. Working alongside experienced Product Marketers, you'll translate customer insights into marketing campaigns that help families understand the value of our schools. You'll coordinate launches, develop marketing materials, analyze results, and continuously improve the customer experience through testing and learning. This is an ideal role for someone who is curious, organized, enjoys solving problems, and wants to build a career in product marketing.

What You'll Own:

  • Support go-to-market launches from planning through execution
  • Develop campaign assets including messaging briefs, emails, landing pages, and sales enablement materials
  • Coordinate work across Creative, Demand Generation, School Operations, Enrollment, and Product
  • Analyze campaign performance and recommend improvements
  • Conduct competitive and customer research
  • Help document messaging and positioning
  • Use AI tools responsibly to accelerate research, drafting, and analysis
  • Become a trusted expert on assigned programs

Supervisory Responsibilities: This position has no formal supervisory responsibilities.

Minimum Required Qualifications:

  • 1–2 years of marketing experience
  • Equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities on a daily basis, with support from manager as needed
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and consistently meets deadlines
  • Strong growth mindset with the ability to receive feedback and demonstrate continued growth
  • Ability to travel up to 10% of the time (e.g., school board meetings, video shoots, team-building events)
  • Ability to successfully complete a required background check

Certificates & Licenses: None required.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a willingness to develop strategic thinking over time
  • Solid presentation skills, including comfort using standard presentation and collaboration tools
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective working relationships across teams
  • Ability to work both independently and within a team-oriented environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Exposure to marketing metrics through work, coursework, or internships, with an eagerness to learn how to measure and optimize campaign performance
  • Commitment to high-quality work and ownership of individual deliverables
  • Product marketing, brand management, or related cross-functional experience
  • EdTech experience
  • Comfort using AI tools to support research, drafting, and analysis

What Success Looks Like After One Year

  • Owns end-to-end execution of at least one launch with minimal oversight, from messaging brief through post-launch analysis, coordinating Creative, Demand Generation, School Operations, and Enrollment independently
  • Is recognized as the go-to expert for one to two products or programs, providing messaging and positioning guidance to cross-functional partners
  • Delivers campaign performance analysis with clear, actionable recommendations, with at least one recommendation implemented and demonstrating measurable impact
  • Builds strong working relationships across Marketing, Academic Services, School Operations, and CCTS, becoming a trusted cross-functional partner
  • Independently delivers high-quality campaign assets, including emails, landing pages, and sales enablement materials, that require minimal revisions before launch

Compensation & Benefits: Stride, Inc. considers a person’s education, experience, and qualifications, as well as the position’s work location, expected quality and quantity of work, required travel (if any), external market and internal value when determining a new employee’s salary level.  Salaries will differ based on these factors, the position’s level and expected contribution, and the employee’s benefits elections.  Offers will typically be in the bottom half of the range.

We anticipate the salary range to be $41,865.00 to $84,111.  Eligible employees may receive a bonus.  This salary is not guaranteed, as an individual’s compensation can vary based on several factors.  These factors include, but are not limited to, geographic location, experience, training, education, and local market conditions. Stride offers a robust benefits package for eligible employees that can include health benefits, retirement contributions, and paid time off.
