This role sits at the intersection of product, engineering, partner, and GTM, translating a complex technology stack into a unified, market-leading platform narrative. It is a high-impact, highly visible position designed for a Technical PMM with strong executive presence, deep technical fluency, and the operational rigor to drive outcomes across the organization.
You will be responsible for:
1. Top-level Narrative & Message Generation

2. Executive-Level Engagement
Serve as a primary marketing voice for Workday's Agent Platform with CIOs, IT leaders, and senior customer stakeholders.
Support analyst briefings, executive roundtables, and customer advisory sessions.
3. Competitive Intelligence & Persona Insights
Monitor competitor agent platforms and governance approaches to identify differentiation opportunities and competitive risks.
Translate insights into positioning, personas, and strategic recommendations.
4. Technical Enablement & Content Creation
Create high-value field-facing and technical content (sales decks, guides, and thought leadership) that bring the Agent Platform story to life for field teams and customers.
Build and deliver compelling demos that illustrate the agent platform's value end-to-end.
5. GTM Strategy & Launch Execution
Lead cross-functional GTM programs for Agent Platform capabilities, partnering with Product, Engineering, and Events teams to drive adoption at DevCon, Workday Rising, and other tier 1 events.
Track success via platform adoption, narrative penetration, and enablement effectiveness metrics.

Our Approach to Flexible Work
With Flex Work, we’re combining the best of both worlds: in-person time and remote. Our approach enables our teams to deepen connections, maintain a strong community, and do their best work. We know that flexibility can take shape in many ways, so rather than a number of required days in-office each week, we simply spend at least half (50%) of our time each quarter in the office or in the field with our customers, prospects, and partners (depending on role). This means you'll have the freedom to create a flexible schedule that caters to your business, team, and personal needs, while being intentional to make the most of time spent together. Those in our remote "home office" roles also have the opportunity to come together in our offices for important moments that matter.
Pursuant to applicable Fair Chance law, Workday will consider for employment qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records.
Workday is an Equal Opportunity Employer including individuals with disabilities and protected veterans.
At Workday, we are committed to providing an accessible and inclusive hiring experience where all candidates can fully demonstrate their skills. If you require assistance or an accommodation at any point, please email [email protected].
