The Principal Digital Training Content Management Specialist is responsible for leading the development, management, and delivery of innovative digital training content for biomanufacturing operators. This role focuses on VR/MR, AR, and digital step-by-step instructional animations used to support operators in the production of biomolecules at biomanufacturing sites.

Working closely with our 3D artist, subject matter experts (SMEs), internal stakeholders, and external partners, this role translates complex scientific and technical processes into learner-focused, immersive training solutions that accelerate operator competence, ensure compliance, and support new product launches and process evolution.

This role operates in a matrixed organization and manages multiple content development projects simultaneously, ensuring delivery to scope, timeline, budget, and quality standards

This position reports to the Learning Solutions Content Director and is part of the Learning Solution team located in Poland and will be an on-site role

What you will do:

• Collaborate with subject matter experts and internal stakeholders to design, develop, and evolve customer education and operator training content, aligned with: New product launches; Product and process enhancements and Industry-relevant and regulatory-driven learning needs

• Define learning objectives, business objectives, and technical content requirements, translating them into innovative digital learning programs, including: VR/MR training modules, AR-supported operator guidance, Interactive eLearning and Step-by-step instructional animations . Apply instructional design best practices across digital media to ensure learner-centered, outcome-driven solutions aligned with customer education strategy.

• Storyboarding & Media Production: Develop detailed storyboards that align instructional intent, technical accuracy, and learner experience. Convert storyboards into high-quality instructional videos and immersive learning assets using appropriate authoring and development tools. Work closely with internal and external 3D artists, developers, and multimedia partners to deliver engaging, technically accurate content.

• Project& stakeholder Management: Manage multiple content creation projects in parallel, balancing scope, timelines, and stakeholder expectations; Ensure all content meets: Defined learning objectives, Project timelines and budgets, Regulatory and compliance requirements, Branding and style guidelines, Translation and localization needs, Quality assurance standards

• Act as a trusted partner to stakeholders with varying levels of technical and instructional expertise, guiding them in defining learning goals and effective training approaches.

Who you are:

• Scientific or technical educational background with proven expertise in designing and delivering digital learning solutions—ideally within regulated industries.

• Strong project management skills, including the ability to engage and coordinate resources within a matrixed organization.

• You prove capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, each with different priorities, timelines, and stakeholders.

• You have experience developing digital learning programs, with strong emphasis on: Digital step-by-step instructional animations and mixed Reality (MR) and Augmented Reality (AR) training content

• Strong ability to partner with internal stakeholders to clarify needs and translate them into meaningful learning objectives.

• English fluent.
