At our production site in Bramsche, you take full responsibility for leading a textile-focused manufacturing operation with 200–300 employees. You ensure the highest standards of quality, delivery reliability, and cost efficiency for industrial customers.
Site leadership: You manage the production site holistically – strategically and operationally, with a clear focus on safety, quality, productivity, and profitability
Performance ownership: You continuously drive the site’s performance and ensure targets are achieved in delivery performance, cost, and efficiency
Leadership: You lead the plant leadership team both functionally and disciplinarily, develop talent, and foster a performance-driven, appreciative work culture
Compliance: In particular across HSE, quality, and compliance, you ensure adherence to all legal requirements and internal standards
Operational Excellence: You use lean management, continuous improvement, and sustainable change processes to further develop and grow the site
Budget responsibility: You take ownership of OPEX and CAPEX budgets and allocate investments strategically to further develop the site
Stakeholder management: As the key representative of the site, you interact confidently with internal stakeholders, customers, suppliers, and authorities
You are an experienced leader with several years of hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment
You have already successfully managed a plant, production site, or larger production area and know how to further develop and professionalize structures in a growing environment
You bring solid expertise in lean management, change processes, and operational excellence, along with a strong understanding of business and financial drivers (e.g. OPEX / CAPEX)
On a personal level, you stand out through decisiveness, strong visibility on the shop floor, analytical thinking, and the ability to create structure in a growing environment
With an integrative and appreciative leadership style, you know how to further develop an organization, support employees in their growth, and create clarity and commitment
You are also confident in an international environment and communicate fluently in both German and English (at least C1 level in both languages)
