This role is focused on bringing campaigns and creative concepts to life by producing engaging visual, written, and multimedia content aligned with established brand guidelines. The ideal candidate has a strong graphic design background, an excellent eye for layout, typography, and visual storytelling, and a portfolio showcasing outstanding design work. This role is highly execution-driven, thrives in fast-paced environments, and is comfortable working from a strategic direction while delivering polished creative assets with speed, creativity, and accuracy. While basic video editing skills are beneficial, the primary focus of this role is creating high-quality static visual assets and maintaining brand consistency across all deliverables.
Position Title: Mid Brand Content Specialist
Location: Bogota, Colombia
Create and design high-quality branded visual assets aligned with employer branding, recruitment marketing, internal communications, and social media initiatives.
Create static graphics for digital campaigns, presentations, email marketing, print materials, and internal communications.
Edit short-form videos, reels, and micro-content for digital platforms when needed.
Develop captions and written content to support recruiting, employer branding, employee engagement, and brand campaigns.
Translate provided messaging into engaging and visually compelling content.
Maintain brand consistency across all deliverables following established guidelines.
Apply feedback quickly and accurately to refine creative output.
Support content development for recruiting, internal communications, employee engagement, and brand initiatives.
Create content that highlights employee experiences, career growth opportunities, workplace culture, and the company’s employer value proposition through visual, written, and multimedia storytelling.
Partner with stakeholders to transform employee stories, testimonials, and organizational initiatives into engaging content that attracts and engages talent.
Support employer reputation and candidate engagement initiatives through creative campaigns and content designed to strengthen employer brand perception.
Monitor comments, reviews, and engagement, responding as appropriate, escalating sensitive items, and supporting performance tracking and reporting.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to execute creative requests efficiently and effectively.
Create communication materials supporting leadership messaging, organizational announcements, employee engagement programs, and internal culture initiatives.
Design presentations, decks, and communication assets for executive and leadership audiences.
Support administrative and coordination tasks related to recruitment marketing and internal communications initiatives.
Support execution of social media campaigns through content creation, captions, and coordination with internal teams.
Produce and edit visual content including photo assets and additional multimedia formats as needed.
Transform limited or high-level project direction into creative concepts, content recommendations, and visual deliverables while proactively gathering additional information when necessary.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adapting to shifting priorities and urgent business needs.
Required Skills & Experience
3+ years of proven experience in graphic design, branded content creation, or marketing communications.
A strong portfolio showcasing high-quality graphic design work is required.
Strong understanding of typography, layout, composition, color theory, visual hierarchy, and branding principles.
Experience creating content for employer branding, talent attraction, employee engagement, recruitment marketing, or corporate communications initiatives.
Strong English written communication and copywriting skills.
Strong storytelling abilities with the capability to adapt messaging for candidates, employees, and leadership audiences.
Experience supporting internal communications, employee engagement, or organizational communication initiatives.
Proficiency in Canva.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator and Photoshop required; Premiere Pro preferred).
Basic knowledge of video editing tools for short-form content creation.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
Strong presentation design skills, particularly for leadership and executive audiences.
Ability to execute creative requests quickly while maintaining high quality and brand consistency.
Ability to work with limited direction and transform ideas into compelling creative assets.
Experience working in fast-paced environments with multiple deadlines, changing priorities, and urgent requests.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Portfolio showcasing graphic design work is required. Applications without a portfolio will not be considered.
Experience with employer branding or talent attraction campaigns.
Experience creating employee spotlight content, employee testimonials, career journey stories, or workplace culture campaigns.
Familiarity with social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Glassdoor, and Indeed.
Exposure to social media analytics or content performance tracking.
Experience with presentation design or campaign support materials.
Experience supporting internal communications, employee engagement, or change management initiatives.
Experience designing executive presentations and leadership communication materials.
Strong attention to detail and quality.
Strong eye for graphic design, typography, layout, and visual consistency.
Ability to follow direction while also working independently when needed.
