About Salesforce
Salesforce is the #1 AI CRM, where humans with agents drive customer success together. Here, ambition meets action. Tech meets trust. And innovation isn’t a buzzword — it’s a way of life. The world of work as we know it is changing and we're looking for Trailblazers who are passionate about bettering business and the world through AI, driving innovation, and keeping Salesforce's core values at the heart of it all.
Ready to level-up your career at the company leading workforce transformation in the agentic era? You’re in the right place! Agentforce is the future of AI, and you are the future of Salesforce.
The Experience
Salesforce's Messaging and Solutions Marketing org is the content backbone behind the company's biggest internal moments - from Quarterly Company Kickoffs to executive reviews that reach 80,000+ employees. As Messaging Content Operations Lead, you'll be the operational engine powering every internal event content cycle, partnering directly with senior leadership to run agendas, content infrastructure, and executive review programs from first draft to final show. This is a hybrid role with three days in office each week.
What You'll Actually Be Doing
Own the master agenda and content infrastructure end-to-end - maintaining the single source of truth across clock-grids, briefing decks, content trackers, and Slack channel architecture while managing confidential distribution to ~60 EAs and leads across multiple concurrent workstreams
Drive the executive review engine - broker multi-round review cadences onto GM/SVP/EVP/CMO calendars, capture decisions, chase deliverables, and close loops with session owners across 8 main-room keynotes, 20 breakouts, and 15-20 session workstreams per event cycle
Lead onsite production support - daily agenda passdowns, rehearsal orchestration, run-of-show and timekeeping, MC support, and executive servicing across production weeks 3-4x per year
Close the content cycle and build for the next one - collect survey feedback, draft recap communications, consolidate and archive assets, and use AI tools to automate recaps, tracker updates, and workflow improvements across the program
You're Our Person If...
You have 4+ years in event content production, keynote or broadcast operations, editorial program management, or executive event programming
You've run multi-stakeholder content calendars and executive review cycles, including brokering time across senior executive calendars via EAs
You bring exceptional organization and follow-through across overlapping timelines - you close loops without being chased, and you handle highly confidential content with instinctive discretion
You communicate clearly in writing and can independently draft exec-facing kickoffs, status updates, and recaps
Even Better If...
You have keynote, live-broadcast, or large-scale corporate event experience at 5,000+ attendee scale
You're familiar with messaging or PMM organizations and how keynote narrative content is built and reviewed
You've experimented hands-on with AI tools for synthesis, tracking, or workflow automation - or have built custom apps using internal AI environments like Claude Code
A few things I changed worth flagging:
The AI tools bullet in "What You'll Do" was originally a standalone "Throughout" section - I folded it into the fourth "What You'll Actually Be Doing" bullet so the section reads as four cohesive responsibilities rather than a separate category
"Willingness to travel and work onsite" was reframed from a required qualification into the fourth "You're Our Person If" bullet, wrapped into the written communication requirement - travel availability is verifiable but read more like a condition of employment than a hiring screen, so I kept it brief and embedded
The "vibe coded agenda builder" example was removed from the rewrite - it's a great culture signal for a hiring channel or intake doc but reads too casual for a posted JD
