Knowledge Content & Editorial Manager

As our Content & Editorial Manager, you will shape how business priorities, expert insights, and digital growth stories are translated into high-quality content across our digital knowledge-sharing platform (Skillbook), newsletters, internal and external communication channels, and a variety of editorial formats.

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY JOB
- As a member of Digital B2B team, develop internal digitalization content strategy.
- Create, edit, and publish high-quality business content, including articles, interviews, success stories, and leadership pieces, including an editorial calendar according to business priorities.
- Manage the Miele X Website to keep the content up to date.
- Create content for internal digital channels such as Miele Intranet, Microsoft Teams, and newsletters.
- Coordinate multimedia content formats such as videos, podcasts, interviews and visual storytelling assets.
- Manage content investments, agency briefs, budget transparency, and performance-based recommendations.
WE EXPECT
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in digitalize knowledge. Preferred: experience in performance-based content creation, editorial planning, digital content management, or content strategy.
- Excellent English writing skills, with proven ability to create high-quality articles, editorial content, internal updates, and business stories.
- Strong editing, proofreading, copywriting, and storytelling skills, with high attention to clarity, structure, tone of voice, and detail.
- Proven experience creating business content for digital channels such as websites, newsletters, intranets, Microsoft Teams, or editorial platforms.
- Strong ability to translate complex business topics into clear, engaging, and audience-relevant content.
- Experience briefing and managing agencies or external content partners including overseeing budgets.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and confidence to challenge unclear input or messaging.
- Analytical mindset and ability to use content data to improve future output.
- Strong content governance mindset, with the ability to review, validate, update, and improve existing content based on business relevance and quality standards.
