Role Overview
We are seeking a B2B Senior Content Strategist to lead and scale our North America content strategy and storytelling efforts within an emerging agentic AI-enabled marketing model. Based in Brazil, this role will partner closely with North America marketing, sales, industry, PR/AR, operations, and leadership teams to develop high-impact narratives, scalable content, and AI-enabled workflows that strengthen brand positioning, accelerate demand generation, and drive pipeline growth.
This is a strategic, highly collaborative, and hands-on leadership role responsible for shaping narratives and orchestrating content initiatives. The ideal candidate combines exceptional English-language storytelling and editorial leadership with strong business acumen, operational coordination skills, and fluency in AI-assisted marketing and content workflows.
Key Responsibilities
Content Strategy, Narrative Development & Planning
- Define and lead the North America content strategy aligned to business priorities, industry verticals, GTM initiatives, and growth objectives
- Build and manage integrated content roadmaps across campaigns, events, ABM/ABX programs, thought leadership, executive communications, and always-on initiatives
- Partner with marketing, sales, industry, and leadership stakeholders to identify differentiated narratives, messaging frameworks, and market positioning opportunities
- Shape executive-level narratives that resonate with enterprise and C-level audiences
- Help evolve CI&T’s content strategy toward a scalable, AI-enabled content operating model that supports faster execution, personalization, and multi-channel content orchestration
AI-Enabled Content Operations & Orchestration
- Leverage agentic AI tools and AI-assisted workflows to accelerate content research, ideation, drafting, repurposing, optimization, and distribution
- Identify opportunities to improve content velocity, scalability, personalization, and operational efficiency through human + AI collaboration models
- Help establish governance frameworks and quality standards for AI-assisted content creation, ensuring editorial consistency, factual accuracy, and responsible AI usage
Content Development & Executive Storytelling
- Lead the development and orchestration of high-quality, executive-level content in English, including:
- Thought leadership articles and bylines
- Whitepapers, POVs, and solution narratives
- Sales enablement materials and strategic messaging
- Website, campaign, and event content
- Executive communications and keynote narratives
- Translate complex topics including AI, digital transformation, customer experience, data, and technology solutions into compelling business storytelling
- Maintain consistency in tone, voice, messaging, and quality across all content assets
- Partner with internal subject matter experts and AI-enabled research workflows to accelerate insight development and narrative creation
PR, Story Mining & Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner closely with PR/AR and communications teams to identify client stories, executive narratives, thought leadership, and market positioning opportunities
- Collaborate across marketing operations, sales, industry, and leadership teams to surface compelling proof points, transformation stories, and differentiated perspectives
- Work closely with design, campaign, digital, and marketing operations teams to ensure seamless execution and distribution
Demand Generation & Performance Optimization
- Partner with teams to develop content that drives engagement, pipeline growth, account expansion, and revenue impact
- Optimize content for SEO, AI-driven discovery experiences, engagement, and conversion
- Define and track content performance metrics including engagement, influence on pipeline, conversion rates, and content reuse
- Utilize performance insights and AI-enabled analysis to continuously refine content strategies and buyer engagement approaches
Content Governance & Workflow Management
- Coordinate content development workflows across internal contributors, freelancers, agencies, and AI-enabled systems
- Manage intake, prioritization, editorial calendars, approvals, timelines, and stakeholder alignment across multiple concurrent initiatives
- Establish scalable content governance, editorial standards, operational processes, and workflow management practices
- Support the evolution of modern content operations that integrate AI-assisted workflows into day-to-day marketing execution
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in B2B content strategy, content marketing, editorial leadership, or related roles
- Experience leveraging AI-enabled and agentic workflows across content strategy, research, creation, optimization, personalization, and distribution
- Proven experience supporting North America or global markets
- Exceptional English proficiency in writing, editing, and executive storytelling skills
- Experience in technology, consulting, AI, digital transformation, or related industries
- Strong understanding of demand generation, ABM/ABX, sales enablement, and content’s role across the funnel
- Experience partnering with PR/AR, executive communications, and cross-functional GTM teams
- Strong business acumen and ability to translate complex technical topics into clear, engaging, and business-relevant narratives
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders in a fast-paced global environment
- Experience working across cross-cultural teams, particularly Brazil ↔ North America collaboration
