WeScale Media is the in-house content engine behind WeScale. We teach entrepreneurs how to build real, branded Print-on-Demand businesses on Shopify, and we are building the media brand that makes WeScale the most trusted name in the space.
This role owns the strategy, operating system, and team behind that content engine. It is not a posting role. It is not a vague creative director seat. It is a builder role for someone who can turn founder expertise into a repeatable, high-performing media machine.
The Head of Content owns what we make, why we make it, how it gets produced, and how it performs.
You will lead content across YouTube, short-form, podcast, and social. You will build the standards, systems, workflows, and team needed to ship high-quality content consistently without everything depending on the founders.
Content strategy and editorial direction across WeScale Media
Hooks, scripts, titles, thumbnails, packaging, editing standards, and distribution strategy
The WeScale voice across Meg, Chris, and the broader brand
Production workflows, batch systems, asset organization, and quality control
Hiring, leading, and developing the content team beneath you
Performance across reach, retention, click-through rate, views, and downstream business impact
A repeatable content machine that can scale without quality dropping
Clear creative standards the whole team can follow
A production pipeline with clean handoffs from idea to published asset
AI-native workflows that increase output speed without creating generic content
A team structure that compounds output over time
5+ years in content production, digital strategy, video-first audience growth, or a similar role
A track record of growing a real audience with numbers you can show
Experience leading creative teams or direct reports
Strong editorial judgment and taste. You can make the call without needing a brief for everything
Deep platform fluency across YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, X, and emerging formats
A systems mindset. You build repeatable processes, not one-off saves
Comfort working with project management tools, shared asset libraries, production calendars, and tight deadlines
An AI-forward operating style
Helpful but not required: experience in ecommerce, Shopify, creator economy, or education content
WeScale has a clear, consistent content identity across every platform
Content ships on time, at spec, and at high volume
The team has fewer bottlenecks and stronger creative standards every month
Founders are less involved in the details without the content losing their voice
AI and automation are embedded into the workflow in practical ways
WeScale becomes one of the most recognizable brands in Print-on-Demand and online business
