Careers that change lives start here. Medtronic is a global leader in healthcare technology with a Mission to alleviate pain, restore health, and extend life. Our 95,000 employees work across more than 150 countries to put patients first — developing innovative medical technologies that improve the lives of 72+ million patients each year. Your unique talents will help shape the future of healthcare while building a career grounded in purpose, growth, and impact.

A Day in the Life

At Medtronic, we bring bold ideas forward with speed and decisiveness to put patients first in everything we do. In-person exchanges are invaluable to our work. We’re working a minimum of 4 days a week onsite as part of our commitment to fostering a culture of professional growth and cross-functional collaboration as we work together to engineer the extraordinary.

Medtronic’s Acute Care & Monitoring (ACM) business is focused on empowering clinicians with monitoring tools that deliver timely insights and improve patient care across hospital and post-acute settings. Within ACM, the HealthCast™ portfolio delivers intelligent patient monitoring through wearables, remote monitoring, analytics, and connectivity solutions.

Wearables represent a fundamental shift in how patients are monitored, moving from episodic checks to continuous, personalized insights. They expand visibility beyond traditional settings, enable earlier intervention, and open the door to new models of care across the hospital and into the home.

As the Global Product Marketing Manager – Wearables on the Digital Health team, you will lead the product management and growth of Medtronic's wearable monitoring portfolio. You will be responsible for downstream product strategy, lifecycle management, commercialization readiness, and market adoption, helping shape how wearable monitoring solutions evolve and scale across global healthcare settings.

Why This Role Matters

Wearables are redefining patient monitoring. This role serves as the product management lead for the wearable portfolio, responsible for driving lifecycle management, portfolio performance, and commercialization readiness across global markets. By connecting customer needs, market insights, and business priorities, you will help ensure wearable solutions continue to deliver value throughout their lifecycle while supporting adoption and growth across care settings.

This role includes approximately 15% global travel

In this role, you will own wearables end-to-end, from launch through scale, with responsibility for both product management and downstream execution. You will lead portfolio and lifecycle decisions, partnering closely with upstream teams to influence roadmap priorities, define market requirements, and guide commercialization strategies. You will serve as the central point of coordination across regions and functions, ensuring readiness, consistency, and scalability while driving adoption and long-term portfolio growth. You will also ensure wearables are positioned as a core component of the broader ACM ecosystem, demonstrating how they extend patient visibility and unlock new insights across the care continuum.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Strategy & Portfolio Management

  • Own the global wearable portfolio throughout the product lifecycle, including launch, adoption, expansion, and optimization
  • Define product strategy and market requirements based on customer needs, market trends, competitive insights, and business priorities
  • Partner closely with upstream to represent customer and commercial requirements
  • Lead pricing, packaging, and commercialization decisions to ensure solutions meet market needs and business objectives
  • Serve as the downstream global product subject matter expert for wearable technologies across the ACM portfolio

Product Lifecycle Management & Operational Readiness

  • Drive ongoing product readiness, availability, and performance by coordinating across supply chain, regulatory, quality, professional services, and regional stakeholders
  • Lead commercialization readiness for wearable products, features, and portfolio updates across global markets
  • Lead global forecasting, demand planning, and supply alignment activities for wearables in partnership with regions and cross-functional stakeholders
  • Partner with regional teams to identify adoption barriers, expansion opportunities, and product enhancement needs

Product Adoption & Global Execution

  • Define product positioning, value propositions, and core messaging aligned to customer needs and competitive differentiation
  • Develop product-specific sales tools, training, and marketing materials to support effective adoption and scale
  • Partner with market development and integrated marketing teams to ensure product strategies are effectively translated into commercial programs and campaigns
  • Support regional field teams on key customer opportunities, product questions, and positioning challenges
  • Monitor competitive activity, market dynamics, and emerging customer needs to inform product strategy and business decisions
  • Drive alignment across regions to ensure consistent positioning, deployment approaches, and customer experiences globally

Must Have: Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree with at least 4+ years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with at least 2+ years of relevant experience
  • Work location is onsite in Lafayette, Colorado.

Nice to Have

  • Demonstrated experience in product management within medical devices, digital health, or healthcare technology, with responsibility for product strategy, lifecycle management, roadmap planning, and cross-functional product leadership.
  • Experience in downstream/global marketing, including portfolio positioning, launch execution, or commercial program development
  • Experience in wearables, remote monitoring, or digital health
  • Prior experience owning product lifecycle, forecasting, pricing, or product availability
  • Demonstrated ability to translate complex clinical or technical insights into compelling value messaging
  • Experience leading global programs or working with regional marketing partners
  • MBA or advanced degree in business, life sciences, or healthcare management
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally and influence in a matrixed, global environment

For Baccalaureate degrees earned outside of the United States, a degree that satisfies the requirements of 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) is required.
