Role: Global Sales Marketing Manager - 6 month contract
Reporting to: Global Sales Marketing Director
Location: New York
THE OPPORTUNITY
MiQ is not your average programmatic media partner. We are experts in data science, analytics and omnichannel programmatic trading for advertisers and their media agencies, with a focus on quality and performance. We are seeking a motivated, dynamic Global Sales Marketing Manager to cover a 6 month parental leave.
Reporting to the Global Sales Marketing Director, you will support our global sales marketing and enablement efforts. Working closely with Sales, Marketing and Product Strategy team leaders, you will develop strategic narratives and create sales collateral around paid social, YouTube and Advanced TV advertising solutions that appeal to our core audiences, and work with regional commercial team leads to deliver those narratives to market. You’ll use your talent for storytelling, design, project management, collaboration, communication and MiQ customer knowledge to ensure success.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Work with key stakeholders in Product Marketing, sales, strategy and product departments globally to identify and prioritise sales collateral. training and communication requirements around paid social, YouTube and advanced TV.
Translate product capabilities into market-facing narratives and sales collateral, creating pitch decks, one sheets, prospecting scripts and packages as required for sales enablement purposes, working closely with our brand creative team to ensure attractive design.
Design and execute internal comms, documentation and training materials focused on enabling sales teams across markets (US, Europe, Canada, LATAM, India, China, Australia, South East Asia).
Source and create case studies around paid social, YouTube and advanced TV.
Manage delivery and organization of sales collateral through tools like Seismic, Google Sites, Confluence and Hubspot.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
A minimum of 3 years experience in a sales marketing, sales enablement or product marketing role
Experience in an ad tech business, or media agency working in digital advertising
Demonstrable ability to independently create compelling sales collateral
Deep understanding of the programmatic advertising ecosystem ideally including social media and/or TV and video and proficiency in understanding and translating technical data, product and trading concepts into stories and offers that appeal to advertisers and media agency professionals.
Expert stakeholder management skills including co-ordination, persuasion, accountability and feedback.
Experience and comfort working in a very fast, dynamic, quickly-changing environment

Pay Transparency
For individuals assigned and/or hired to work in New York, MiQ is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. This compensation range is specific to New York and takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At MiQ, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current compensation range for this position is $120,000- $140,000 anually. This range may vary for positions outside of New York as it has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location where the position may be filled and does not take into account our bonus and commission structures.
